  Charlie is the real deal. I am very grateful to the friend who referred me. I had another roofer that I loved who had previously done fabulous work for me, and I planned to use him for our just-completed job, but then I met Charlie and he won me over with his impeccable honesty. We chose New Dominion for our project, a whole new roof, due to a tree that fell on our house. Everything was just completed today and we are thrilled. The project was on time, on budget, they cleaned up, they paid attention to minute details, and my new roof looks amazing. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

  Charlie helped us with an insurance claim for wind damage to the siding of our house. He quickly secured the damaged siding area so we had time as we moved forward. Our house siding replacement went smoothly, he oversaw the work everyday. We are very happy with the final results.

  I recently had my gutters and downspouts replaced by New Dominion Exteriors, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Charlie and his team were responsive, clear, and kept me informed at every step of the process. It made scheduling and decision-making incredibly easy. The quality of the work was excellent. You can tell they take pride in what they do and pay attention to the details. I was also impressed by how efficient the entire job was. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the project faster than I expected.   We had a super experience working with Charlie and New Dominion Exteriors! Over the winter, he carefully consulted with us on our roofing needs, made helpful suggestions for our specific circumstances, and was ready to execute when we wanted to proceed this spring. He also brought shingle samples by and even came out for an emergency repair shortly before install! His talented team was efficient, diligent, and also very mindful of plants and any possible leftover debris. Charlie supervised throughout and also coordinated convenient timing for the new gutters as well. Definitely consider Charlie and New Dominion Exteriors if you’re thinking of a new roof or gutters! You won’t be disappointed!
