Mary Polk was tremendously helpful. I came in with a plank of LVP that we purchased there 8 years ago. While the product was no longer offered, Mary was able to identify it immediately and provided specs on the product that are proving tremendously helpful as we puzzle through an insurance claim and the repairs that follow a flooded basement. Great customer service.

My 2nd purchase.. Recommend them based on pricing and customer service.. I visited 4 stores in the area including Home Depot & Loudoun Valley Flooring. they are by far the best prices, customer service and availability of product.

I recently bought a ~1000sqft order of vinyl flooring from this location. The individuals working here were super friendly and very helpful in explaining the attributes of the products. Charles, the Assistant Manager, who ultimately helped me finish the order, was very honest and helpful through the entire process. I ended up staying after closing because I second-guessed my order and he very patient and friendly throughout. Thank you again, Charles! Update: Order arrived as initially described and the delivery people were very thorough, going through the order to count the materials with me before they left to make sure it matched the invoice. I also ended up signing up for install as well and that went fairly well. I am a total noob at home improvement so I didn't really know what to look for before I signed off on the job (kind of irritated with the baseboards) but overall a solid install on the part of the sub-contractors. Honestly could not have done it half as well myself. Also, LL Flooring itself takes some really appreciated measures to protect customers from their own stupidity (like me lol). When you sign up for install, you pay up front and LL Flooring holds that money in escrow until you sign off saying that the subcontractor did a good job. It's pretty nifty-- a nice extra layer of protection between you and some shady redneck named Bill McStealsYourMoney who says he'll build you a deck for $25k and who runs off halfway through with your wife and the $10k extra you gave him because of a "sudden increase in the price of wood".

Quick but really cold service. The person on the counter was extremely cold, every question asked was received and responded annoyingly, either he was having a bad day or wanted to close his shift.
