Very disappointed with our experience with Long Fence. We had someone come out to our home for a quote, and he spent quite a bit of time gathering all the information needed. It has now been two full weeks, and we still have not received our estimate. We’ve followed up multiple times, and each time we’ve been given a different excuse as to why it hasn’t been sent. We understand delays happen, but having to repeatedly chase a company for a quote is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. We feel like we’ve been pushed aside and our business isn’t valued. Based on our experience, we would not suggest Long Fence as an option to anyone looking for a fencing company.

Paul came out to my property. I had a tree company break my fence. Insurance wanted 2 quotes: 1 to remove the 2 panels damaged and one to replace them. Paul told me it would be a couple days before i would get the quote. TWO WEEKS later after multiple calls to the company and being on hold we hunted him down and he gave me ONE quote for ONE of the 2 panels. Absolutely useless waste of time

My mom got a fence installed at her house 2-3 years ago. They broke a pipe in her irrigation system and we just realized they didn’t put concrete under the posts and she was charged for that, 2 bags of concrete per post. A big storm passed and the fence was moving. She’s been trying to call the superintendent that was in charge of the project and has been ignored. She paid 18k+ and the fence is not holding up. Don’t bother spending your money here.

Long Fence seemed to be good however, they definitely have causes land disputes and ensured that my neighbor and I are locked in court. My sales rep was Paul and I liked how he seemed to care about military and what not so I chose Long over Armor (mistake number 1). I then recommended long to my now problematic neighbor. For months she would complain to me as my fence was built within my property line and she couldnt use it(yea that was the point)dast forward and Paul let's me know they are going to build a fence thats fine I figure I dread nothing to worry about as Paul knew as well as my neighbor knew that they could not use my fence as my fence on that side is within my property. Yet he still allowed his workers to build a fence disregarding that in doing so they were trespassing upon my land. I had to have 2 land surveys done and at the time of construction I had property stakes in the ground which clearly indicated the property lines. Now im stuck in A position with a freaking crazy neighbor that has forced herself onto not only my fence but also my property. And somehow believes that to move her fence is a shared cost between the 2 of us naw lady you need to have Paul and or long come resolve your trespass upon my property. Will never do business with long again and will never recommend this company to anyone.
