  From my wife’s initial showroom visit, to the in-home appointment with the project manager, thru purchasing, scheduling, and installation everything with K&K Floor’s replacement of our home’s upstairs carpeting was efficient, professional, and customer-focused. Project manager James So was particularly knowledgeable and helpful, prompt in replying to calls, emails, and texts, and flexible in accommodating our schedules. Installers Jose and Martin were very hardworking and respectful. Showed up on time and stayed late to ensure everything was just right. A great experience for us from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend the K&K team to our friends and neighbors in NOVA for custom flooring needs.

  I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of new hardwood floors. The service was excellent, very knowledgeable of his skills. Very polite and friendly I’m very grateful for my new beautiful floors.

  We had K&K refinish our wood floors and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Special shout out to Patrick for his quick responsiveness and professional demeanor. I highly recommend K&K.

  I had a wonderful experience working with the members of K&K Flooring. from start to finish. Especially Ricardo Perez. He was very kind and easy to work with this company aims to please and the final product is exceptional. They are detail oriented and want to see you happy.

  After our hot water heater leaked, we were dreading the process of home insurance and having to hire a contractor. As an interior designer, I was very picky about quality installation and nervous since my normal flooring guy was unavailable. Someone recommended K&K and they were amazing from the get-go. They promptly came to see the basement, compiled and sent a quote that same day and communicated well throughout the entire process. It was amazing. The guys came in and installed the entire basement and cleaned up afterwards in one day. Better yet, the floors look awesome! I now have a wonderful flooring company to recommend. They were incredible!!! I’d give them ten stars if I could. Thank you, K&K! UPDATED: 4/8/26 We decided to do our upstairs flooring. Since we had such a great experience with K&K a couple of years ago, we called them to do this project as well. Once again they EXCEEDED expectations. They came quickly to view the space and sent a quote that afternoon. We paid our deposit over the phone and scheduled within a week. Patrick was quick to respond and the entire staff is courteous and professional. Most importantly, they COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW-THROUGH!!! Every home design business should study this company and see how it’s done. It’s as seamless and stress free as it comes. They even moved our furniture for us. We felt included, the price was so reasonable, there were no surprises and our floors look AMAZING. We are so grateful.
