Both of my rugs turned out absolutely beautiful, and I’m so happy I found them! They were able to customize the rugs to the exact sizes I needed, which I couldn’t find anywhere else. The service was amazing from beginning to end. The installation team was incredibly detailed and thorough, they measured multiple times to make sure everything was perfect before placing the padding and putting the furniture back on the rugs. You could really tell they cared about getting everything just right. They also accidentally forgot to charge me for the padding and, rather than adding it afterward, generously let me have it at no additional cost. I really appreciated that gesture and their overall customer service. I honestly wish I had found them sooner! I’m extremely happy with both rugs and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for customized rugs and excellent service.

Crown Floors was wonderful. We worked with Elio and he was very knowledgeable and professional. We knew what we wanted and he delivered. The installation went smooth and we love our new carpet. We will always go to Crown Floors first on future flooring products. Thank you again Elio. - John Ploschnitznig

Awesome job from start to finish by a very professional team! Timely proposal and installation. Competitive pricing. Installation team was courteous, hard working and had great attention to detail. This is the third time I’ve used Crown and they’ve continued to impress!
