- LBLilyjames Barnette6 days ago5.0I had a whole house water treatment installed from the water source of the house (irrigation excluded) and a water purifying system in a secondary sink which also connects to an ice maker. The installation process was very smooth, I received a thorough and clear explanation of the system, how it works and the benefits of it. I also contracted the maintenance The first time I scheduled an appointment it was done through an AI system and the company members did not receive this information so I was left waiting. Once I called a person, the appointment worked. I received both a text and a call prior to the arrival of the two gentleman who worked at the house, and they were very pleasant, polite and also very knowledgeable.
