Despite confirming with the scheduling team that the technician would arrive at 12:30 PM, the technician (Matt) showed up an hour early at 11:30 AM without any prior notification. He also did not communicate his actual clock‑in time upon arrival. This created an unnecessary disruption and reflects a broader issue with their service model. Carroll Water appears to expect customers to remain available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which is unreasonable when most reputable vendors provide a defined four‑hour window and honor scheduled commitments. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing Carroll Water systems—including those promoted through Costco retail locations. The customer service and technician behavior did not meet basic professional standards. I encourage prospective buyers and investors to carefully evaluate the company’s service reliability before committing.
