  Horrible customer service and products. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We ordered very large master bathroom vanity cabinets from Rick in the Chantilly VA location Nov 2022, the cabinets were delivered on time, early Jan 2023. First, the delivery company was very unprofessional and rude. They proceeded to tell me that Cabinet Discounters should have told me that they will only leave them in the garage, which I said I was never told that and it's winter and I do not want them to warp. They ended up leaving the cabinets in the middle of my dining room...6 extremely large boxes. My contractor attempted to install them a few days later and notice one of the doors was not the same design as the rest of the doors. We also noticed a drawer was broken and several panels were warped and not able to align. We called Rick, sent pictures and he ordered the "correct" panel (which when rec'd, was a different color, therefore we had to re-order again). After much back and forth with Rick and he telling me that we will have to pay for someone to come out and "fix" their issue, Rick then came out to our house to see if he can align the cabinets and also to assess the issues. He confirmed there were major issues with the panels and that the doors were warped, etc. Rick took pictures and was supposed to write up what he observed and what was being orders so that we knew what deliveries to expect. We never rec'd a write up from Rick... we then proceeded with in the next few weeks to get 3 additional shipments of panels that were ordered. Again, when we received the additional panels, one broken (which again we had to have another replacement). Once ALL replacement doors were recd, we had our contractor come back (additional cost to us) to attempt to reinstall the 6 panels. Our contractor noticed some of the "new" panels are longer than other, some are wider than others, and again some appear to be warped since they cannot close flush. Again, he was unable to be aligned some cabinets. We have sent emails, made phone calls, Rick has told us that the manufacture is going to call us back, #homecrest and we haven't heard from anyone. It's been over two months now that we have had cabinets installed (without panels), over half of the panels are sitting in my hallway, paid in FULL, paid our contractor additional money in an attempt to "reinstall" the cabinets two separate times. We have had a master bath completely renovated and been waiting two months to be able to use our cabinets. This is horrible customer service, horrible products. They haven't acknowledged the time, money and inconvenience this has caused. They have completely gone silent.

  I walked into the store looking for a bathroom vanity. No one welcome me. I had to ask if they had any vanities and the woman I asked couldn’t give me the time of day.

  PLEASED BEYOND WORDS! In today's society, EXCELLENT customer service is hit or miss. Well, Ramsey at Cabinet Discounters made me believe that SERVICE EXCELLENCE is Cabinet Discounters number one priority. From day one, Ramsey delivered a level of professionalism, expertise, and consulting that made me feel like the functionality and beauty of my kitchen was his number one priority. His expert advice on cabinet size, placement, drawers vs shelves, pantry pull outs, color, style, counter tops, trim, and all the small details, etc. was tremendously helpful. I've done many kitchen remodels for other people but when it's your project it can be overwhelming. Ramsey never made me feel rushed. He offered his honest opinion, he recommended excellent suggestions for countertops, flooring, appliances, backsplash, knobs/hardware, etc. He was very careful to help me work within my budget and asked all the right questions to help determine most effective use of my kitchen space. One day during my appointment, I even brought in my mud room flooring, paint swatches, and kitchen rug choices to get his advice on whether they looked nice with our cabinet choices. I am so pleased with the finished product. It fits my family perfectly. THANK YOU RAMSEY and the professional team at Cabinet Discounters in Chantilly. Everyone was always attentive and pleasant!

  We purchased many cabinets through Ramsey at the Chantilly location. He did a great job helping us out with the design. We used both Brighton custom cabinets and Homecrest through out our home. I would highly recommend him for any kitchen or bath build / remodel.

  Cabinet Discounters was recommended by a close friend. We contacted and worked with Mary Banas at the Chantilly CD office. She was highly professional and creative in addressing and supporting our kitchen renovation. Our primary focus was increasing the functionality of our kitchen. Mary provided several ideas that we incorporated into the redesign that not only increased the functionality for a 2-cook/1-baker kitchen, but also expanded the accessibility and flow of dinner/party guests during social functions. The chefs and baker can now easily go about their business while still easily entertaining their guests simultaneously, because of Mary's redesign ideas. My wife and I can be very demanding in the kitchen. Mary gave us the improved functionality and also new enjoyment with our kitchen.
