Michael & Sons had a great team, led by AJ, replace our electrical panel/box. Our electrical panel/box was originally installed in 1983 and started having problems. AJ was able to assess the issue and informed us of our options and the costs. Replacing the electrical box was the best and safest solution in our situation. He and his teammate were able to do the full replacement, incorporating all the new code requirements, the next day. Electricity is working great now. We really appreciate the rapid and quality service we received.

I was told I would get an estimate first and there would be a $69 charge if I refuse. Instead, he immediately fixed the problem in about 5 minutes, and charged me $257.83. I was not given a chance to refuse. Also, I think that was pretty high for a 5 minute job. Also, I never received a receipt, not a hardcopy or email. update: I receivred a call from a very friendly gentleman, he said that the plumber was not rignt. to make things right, he promised to give me a refund of $150. so, apparently it is a good company to deal with.

I had a great experience with Gyorgyos. He did an excellent job installing two new sink faucets and a Roman bath faucet, and replacing and updating some of the piping with PEX. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly and answered all our questions. The work was clean, efficient, and everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciate his attention to detail and would definitely recommend Gyorgyos to anyone looking for reliable, quality plumbing work.

Excellent service from Michael and Son! I had a technician named Simranjit come out, and he was fantastic — professional, courteous, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right before he left. It's rare to get service this good these days. Big shout out to Simranjit for his great work and friendly attitude. Highly recommend this company, and I'll definitely be requesting him again for future jobs!

They installed the new ac unit which costs 20k about a few weeks ago and it leaks since then. They sent two technicians to take look but no solutions. They kept saying they will schedule another appointment to fix it but never even schedule that appointment and we had to call them so many times and all they did is to keep pushing… terrible experience with the customer service
