Wanted to take a moment to share our amazing first official(non-DIY) home renovation experience. We were prepared to be recipients of some of the common renovation complaints (delays, mess-ups, shoddy workmanship, miscommunication). However, from the point of signing the contract until the hurried day of moving back - the Schmeider Construction staff and subcontractors provided excellent service and workmanship. We have learned to appreciate the magnitude of coordination, skill, and finesse it takes to conduct an older home renovation. We are incredibly happy with the remodeled areas and enjoying all 'the new stuff’. The General Contractor, Bernie and Designer, Katie were extremely valuable to the process. Katie helped with selections, providing opinions but allowing me to change my mind or go in a different direction. Bernie was always available for questions and updates; creating realistic expectations; listening to and accommodating our wishes; and providing explanations when necessary. He is one of those 'can't do it without him' individuals who, with excellent people skills, is pivotal in making Schneider Construction highly regarded. We cannot say enough to convey all that he did for us. A great company is composed of greater individuals, and you have that fine-tuned. Thank you for making our home a better place to live.

my wife Suzanne and I engaged Schneider Construction to build our home in 2019. The whole project was seamless. We had peace of mind throughout the process because Jim Schneider and project manager Joey Cavallo kept us informed ever step of the way. The workmanship was consistently excellent. And the results surpassed our expectations. And perhaps the greatest value of all, Schneider Construction was available and immeadiately responsive on any and all post build issues that came up. We most highly recommend the Schneider team to all!

Our family had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Schneider Construction throughout our vacation home-building process, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their team exceeded our expectations in every way, turning our dream into a reality with unparalleled quality and care. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of the build were simply outstanding. From the flawless finishes to the precision in every corner of our home, Schneider Construction’s work speaks for itself. We’ve received endless compliments from friends, family, and even neighbors about the stunning quality of our home—everyone is in awe of the impeccable design and durability. It’s clear that Schneider’s commitment to excellence is woven into every detail, making our home not just beautiful but built to last. What truly set Schneider Construction apart, though, was their gracious hospitality and dedication to making the entire process enjoyable. The entire team was warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in our vision. They listened to our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and kept us informed every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and exciting. Their professionalism and kindness made us feel like part of their family, and that level of care is something we’ll never forget.
