  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leonard Splaine — Professionalism, Thorough Diagnosis & Results “Good morning, how can we make your day better?” That was how my first conversation with Leonard Splaine began. My response was, “I really do need my day to be better.” After several frustrating days dealing with an HVAC problem, I meant it. From that first conversation through the service visit, the experience was professional and refreshingly straightforward. Technician Logen Phannavong took the time to diagnose my existing system rather than immediately recommending replacement. He listened to the history of the problem, explained what he was finding, answered my questions, and approached the system methodically. During his inspection, Logen identified an additional wiring issue associated with the condenser fan motor that was affecting proper system operation. He corrected the wiring as part of his inspection without adding another charge. He also explained the condition and expected service life of the major components and did not try to sell me a replacement system that he did not believe I needed. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. I never felt rushed or pressured. Logen seemed genuinely interested in determining why the system was behaving the way it was rather than simply treating the symptom. Before leaving, he asked whether he could place a Leonard Splaine sticker on the outdoor unit. I told him absolutely — take ownership. I appreciated that confidence. We intentionally waited before writing this review so we could evaluate the system after the service rather than judge the experience immediately. Since Logen’s visit, the HVAC system has maintained the thermostat setting, cycled normally in response to the thermostat, and operated noticeably more smoothly. I also inspected the outdoor unit afterward, and the icing/frost condition that had been part of the original problem has not returned. Mistakes and mechanical problems happen. What matters to me is how a company responds: listen to the customer, investigate carefully, explain what you find, and take ownership of the work. That was my experience with Leonard Splaine and Logen. Excellent customer service, professional communication, thorough troubleshooting, and—most importantly—results. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I now have AC again! Logen arrived within the scheduled time, introduced himself and shared the plan for the visit which included an illustration of the process and expected cost. Very professional and polite. He assured me he would be able to access my condos roof top compressor(an issue with 2 previous contractors). He also labeled my compressor (one of many on the roof) to avoid any potential future difficulty finding it. Overall an excellent experience and because of that, I did follow through with purchasing a maintenance package with Leonard Splaine for my aged HVAC system.

  I couldn’t be happier with the HVAC system installation! From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Dominic Garner, Jacob Dunger, and John Howard were all extremely respectful, professional, and courteous throughout the entire installation. They did a fantastic job installing the new system, took the time to make sure everything was done properly, and cleaned up after themselves when the work was finished. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and care about providing a great experience for the customer. I really appreciate the hard work and professionalism from all three of them. I would definitely recommend Leonard Splaine to anyone looking for quality work and a great team! Special shoutout to Brad Hoskins who helped diagnose my issue initially, he is always spot on!

  I had a great experience with Leonard Splaine. They sent their technician Kade and he came just a couple hours after I called. He was professional and explained everything to me. He checked the whole HVAC system and explained a potential problem. He was realistic and also gave me a quote about additional work without pressuring to complete the work. Was very happy with the service and will call them again for any additional work.

  Excellent HVAC service! Logen was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly before making the necessary repairs. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. I really appreciate his honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy HVAC technician. Five stars all around!
