  I would give these guys negative stars if I could. They quoted us 40k plus to do a little bit of a rancher style home with crawl space water damage. They took 8 days, 4 workers, and half completed the job. We've had to hire a plumber to repair what they removed to do the job. I'll post pictures and you can see for yourself. If we had it to do all over, we'd definitely choose another company. I REPORTED A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB.

  JES lifted our front concrete stoop at our front door entrance which had pulled away from the house due to water causing the ground to sink down. Seth and his technical team arrived and explained the process, both the pros and cons about the different approaches to the problem. This made the process more comfortable and allowed me to participate in the planning. They were quick and very professional. Highly recommend them to others.

  Today Tyron W and Roqman C insulated and installed a dehumidifier in our crawl space and did great job! They worked diligently all day (unfortunately in rainy weather) and created a space that is a big improvement over what was there before. They explained in advance exactly what they would be doing, answered all of my questions and took pictures that showed all that they had done. They were friendly and professional and left our property in great condition. This is the second major project that JES has done at our home and we are very satisfied with the quality of their work.

  I had a great experience with JES Foundation Repair, especially with their representative, Omar. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Omar took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood all of my options. He was very patient and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. Although I ultimately decided to go with a different company, that decision was not a reflection of the excellent service I received from Omar. He represented JES Foundation Repair very well, and I truly appreciate the time and effort he took with me. I would definitely recommend Omar and JES Foundation Repair and I would not hesitate to call them again in the future. Thank you, Omar, for such a positive experience!

  Update: The company eventually contacted me and explained that the delay was due to the standard cancellation processing, which typically takes 48 to 72 hours across their administrative systems while the sales management team reviews the account file and releases the contract. However, today marks more than 240 hours, and I can now see a pending amount on my credit card account. I’m still not sure whether this pending amount is finally the refund being processed after such a long delay, or whether it is related to the dispute I filed with my credit card company. In any case, I do appreciate that the company reached out and appeared willing to address the situation. The salesperson I dealt with seemed like a nice person and was actually the best part of the experience. He reminded me of my awesome brother, so I have nothing personally against him. However, the contract and overall process left me very uncomfortable. It felt like the company puts a lot of responsibility on the customer while making things as easy as possible for themselves. For example, the customer is expected to completely clear the work area and leave it ready for the crew, essentially taking care of a significant amount of preparation on their own. It made me wonder how much of the work and cleanup the customer is ultimately expected to handle. More concerning was what happened when I decided to cancel. I called the company later that same day and was told by the person who answered that my cancellation message would be passed along to another department. The next day, I still had no confirmation by phone or email that the contract had been canceled or that my deposit would be refunded. Also, I emailed the Cancellation Notice directly to the salesperson and follow up with another email. Despite all of that, on the third day, I received an email saying that the team was being scheduled to come and perform the work — even though I had already canceled. At that point, I had serious concerns about the company's internal communication and cancellation process. Something about the experience just didn't feel right. I hope the company improves its customer service and internal communication. From my experience, it felt like there may be a strong emphasis on getting contracts and deposits rather than making sure the customer is comfortable and properly taken care of. I’m giving 2 stars, primarily because the salesperson himself seemed like a genuinely nice person. Unfortunately, the contract terms and the experience after requesting cancellation left me with a very negative impression.
