  Well worth it. From start to finish, the whole team exceeded expectations. Easy to communicate with, easy to schedule the appointment, the service call was booked within an hour of them receiving my email, and one week later Emily arrived exactly on time. She confidently and clearly answered every question I had, went over the generator from top to bottom, cleaned it and demonstrated the process of transferring from utility power to generator and how to manually transfer or shutdown the generator if necessary. She obviously knows her trade, wasn’t hurried, but moved with purpose to get the job done. One of the other providers in the area didn’t even bother to call me back until almost a week later. The other one I contacted used an automated service to respond to my filling out their web form, and the automated reply asked me all the questions I’d already supplied them with. Could not be more pleased with the service.

  Brian thoroughly serviced and even cleaned our generator. He didn't seem to mind sharing his expertise with me as I lurked nearby, answering all my questions and offering advice. He checked the whole system and made sure everything worked properly from generator to lightbulb. He was very friendly and honest, not trying to upsell aggressively. It was a great experience and I highly recommend!

  The ai ads are incredible disrespectful to the customer. Please make the effort to make an actual human made ad. You are wasting our water and energy for an ad that looks terrible.

  Very professional organization. Communication is top tier with detailed information provided about the service technician that performed the preventative maintenance on our unit. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time answering my questions and lending his expertise in helping me understand the unit and set up unique to our property. This is my first whole house generator and I’m very pleased with how Virginia Power makes it simple.

  In this very fast paced world which we live in today, it is a novelty when you come across individuals who take the time and consideration to work at/in your home, as if they were performing the job in their own homes. Dougie, Austin and Joshua...A complete and dedicated group of individuals who took the time, patience and professional courtesy of ensuring that before they left our home, we were educated in all aspects of the installation of the Generac installed at our home. Dougie, Austin and Joshua...The work crew arrived on time and advised that they would be installing the wiring and pipes for our Generac system. Before they started the wiring for the generac, we advised them that we had had surround sound wiring previously installed in the attic and asked that they please be careful not to interfere with this wiring. Joshua. worked wiring in our "scuttle attic" and Dougie and Austin wired the outside of the home. We could hear them all going back and forth, regarding the careful installation and positioning of the generac wiring. As they moved forward to complete their job, they were constantly reminding us of the power being shut down and of the "test run" of the generac,  We appreciated this, as there were no surprises and kept us informed when these "sample runs" would take place. When Joshua climbed down out of the attic, he called me into the laundry room where the attic was located, and asked me if our washing machine door had been cracked. I advised him that yes, that the door was cracked and comes on and off the hinge. Joshua pushed the door back on the hinge,, and I was so impressed to see that he took the time to ensure that it was nothing that he had done to cause the damage on our washer door, Love that credibility. Dougie and Austin could not have educated us more on the installation process,  A walk through of the equipment installed, the wiring, the placement of said equipment,  and how the equipment should be performing at all times. They pointed out what we should always be aware of and that a test run of the generator would automatically occur once per week. This was a most impressive and educated experience with these two gentlemen. They answered all of  the questions that we had to our satisfaction, and never seemed annoyed, pressured, or rushing to end the conversation. They asked us several times if we had any more questions or concerns and assured us that this was their job. Their information was so educational. It feels wonderful to have people like Dougie, Austin and Joshua on the scene. They were courteous, patient, efficient and willing to go beyond the call of duty to please the customer.
