  Kudos to Virginia Power Solutions! From the ladies in the front office (Shauna and the rest) to the technician performing the annual maintenance check(Emily), Virginia Power Solutions provides the absolute best post-COVID customer service, punctuality, professionalism and knowledge of their products.Been more than pleased with everyone I have worked with. And yes, you just might spend a few more dollars for their products and service but it is worth every penny of it.

  Bubba is the best! And Kim and Marc are super helpful. We ran into some barriers with our HOA (sensible ones!), and Bubba was like talking to a friend. He helped us navigate it the best way possible, and we got a fantastic product. Thank you!

  Brian was great! Explained everything and confined that all is well with my generator. I also noticed that he carefully cleaned the outside of the generator when he was all done. I appreciate that extra effort and attention to detail.
