  Smallwood Renovations did an outstanding job on our deck replacement. They replaced a 26 year old wooden deck with a Trex composit deck. The sales rep guided us expertly through the decisions we needed to make. The construction team prepared the plans for the job in a matter of days. The building permits were secured quicker than expected, the work was started earlier than estimated and completed sooner than estimated. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. We could not be more pleased with the work done by Smallwood.

  The experience was wonderful from beginning to the end of the installation. The company was very professional and reliable if I have any other projects I will definitely call them again.

  Overall, we were pleased with the work the contractors did. The door is beautiful and we love the windows. There was a bit of a delay on the start of the project, longer than expected, which was our biggest concern as it delayed the placement of our house on the market. If only we had known it was going to take so long to start. The installers were professional, worked hard, were very courteous, and finished the job quickly!!!

  Lee was amazing. Very honest and full of integrity (even caught a tree frog that came in our house for us😂)! Would recommend this company to anyone looking!

  Smallwood Renovations installed a new sliding door for us and we absolutely love it! Their installation team is very professional, meticulous, and super friendly. They did not walk away from our house until they were absolutely sure that we were 100% satisfied with their work. We highly recommend Smallwood Renovations to anyone who is looking for a Renovations contractor.
