  Great company to work with! Very thorough and patient. Our new deck looks great! Couldn’t believe how quick the old one was taken down and the new one was up. All the guys were nice and friendly. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. Thank you so much!

  We had an excellent experience with Smallwood Renovations from start to finish. They replaced three original exterior doors and two windows for our 1928 built house — no easy feat and always comes with surprises along the way with old houses — and the entire process was highly customized to our home and needs. When unexpected issues came up, they consistently offered creative, cost-effective solutions or connected us with trusted professionals they regularly work with. The outcome of the project was excellent, and we are very happy with the results. The installation crew was here for two full days and a few half days afterwards to dot every “I” and cross every “t,” and did a great job minimizing disruption. They carefully taped off the work areas, and despite the usual dust and debris that comes with this kind of renovation, the house was left so clean it honestly looked like they hadn’t even been there. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness and organization, that level of care made a big difference. Communication was also outstanding. Bridget was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, quickly answering questions, coordinating with the crew, and even letting us know when they were on their way in the morning. That level of coordination made everything run smoothly and stress-free. One thing that stood out is their commitment to making things right. We had one issue that we initially thought was resolved, and they are proactively coming back to address it to ensure everything is perfect. That level of accountability really reflects how much they value customer satisfaction. Overall, Smallwood Renovations operates with the care and responsiveness you’d expect from a small family-owned business, but with the professionalism and capability of a much larger company. We would absolutely recommend them.

  Smallwood Renovations did window replacement in our home. We were impressed with the quality of window and even more impressed with quality of service. The communication from everyone from schedulers to installers was excellent. The installers did a beautiful job and were committed to making the process go smoothly, answering any questions we might have, and taking the time to do a walkthrough at the end. If you are considering window replacement, I highly recommend Smallwood Renovations.

  Smallwood installed a new storm door for me and I am beyond thrilled. Harry and Monte did an excellent job! They were knowledgeable, professional and thorough including getting rid of every fingerprint on the glass! I can't wait for them to start on my deck and three-season screen porch!!

  I just have to make it known to everyone that Smallwood Renovations is an outstanding company. They are very professional and respectful. Hayden Keesee went above and beyond In my behalf. I can’t say enough about this young man. He was very kind. I made several adjustments and changes to the original plans and he did not complain. He was so patient with me. My husband and I were very impressed with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and humble. He kept me abreast of the schedule, and was willing to go over the blueprints of the plans whenever I had a question or concern. Hayden would always make himself available. He possess a quality that most salespeople lack. What is that, one may ask? He truly cared. He cared to make sure we received the service and product that we were paying for. Hayden, being his genuine self, is what sold us to allow Smallwood Renovations to build our custom deck. We didn’t need a second opinion. Everyone that we had the pleasure of meeting that worked for the company, were very respectful and helpful. Every day, they worked hard, stayed focused and were very well-mannered. They were trustworthy as well. Lewis and Tony graciously, without hesitation, went the extra mile for us! Thank you again, Tony and Lewis! Yes! Smallwood Renovations has an amazing team that takes pride in their workmanship and service. Without a doubt, my husband and I are so proud to have had them be of service to us!
