I am very meticulous and can always spot the smallest imperfections, it's like my superpower, lol! The process with Smallwood was seamless from start to finish! Jimmy, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to; it felt like we were talking with an old friend, not a salesman. True professionalism and outstanding quality and service, worth every cent! The workers building the deck were awesome! They cleaned as they went, keeping the work site tidy all while being efficient in getting the job done promptly. They deserve a bonus! After the job was done we decided we should have gotten a gate at the top of the steps. I mentioned it to Elijah, the owner's son, when he came to check on everything, and he was able to have a gate built the next day! Talk about turnaround! I could have talked to him all day, this is a great family-oriented company that will have you feeling as part of it. We highly recommend them if you want the job done correctly. We have the best deck in the neighborhood and our property value will surely benefit from this. Thank you, Smallwood! The Williams family

The Smallwood team was clear and upfront about the timeline and price to install 6 new windows. The installers arrived on time, treated my home with respect (even removing their shoes) and finished the job both quietly and quickly. They left the workplace spotless, with no debris. The new windows fit well, lock securely and immediately reduce the outdoor noise, and more importantly the heat of the sun (specifically the west-facing windows over a driveway.) Expert job!

Very pleased using Smallwood Renovations to install a front door entrance to my home. Continually kept the home interior clean as they were installing the door, transom and side lights. Workers were professional, polite and punctual. The staff kept me informed of the timing of the project, and it was completed on time.

We are very pleased with our new exterior door! From start to finish, the installation process was smooth and professional. The team was friendly, courteous, and did an excellent job with the installation. The door looks beautiful, feels very well made, and has made a noticeable improvement to the appearance of our home. What really stood out to us was how quickly our concerns were addressed. The VP came out several times to make adjustments and make sure everything was just right. We really appreciated the attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to making sure we were happy with the finished product. We couldn’t be happier with our new door and the overall experience. Highly recommend this company for quality work and excellent customer service!
