  Beginning our crawlspace encapsulation journey now and so far Joey McCullough has been great to work with! Arrived when promised and spent several hours doing a thorough inspection, provided almost 100 photos and videos, and reviewed recommendations and discussed various options to resolve our concerns. We selected JES because of his effort, and look forward to the results. Will update our review when complete.

Was extremely professional going as far to explain step by step exactly how they were going to do both the foundation repair the pillar repair as well as the encapsulation and where the water was going to drain at after The encapsulation was finished and he went through the financing options with us and made the experience as easy as possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking at getting an encapsulation done on their property

  I want to take the time to recognize the JES company, Mr. Tice Toomey and ground crew for an amazing service start to finish. We were experiencing water pooling in our finished basement that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Mr. Toomey took us through a very detailed inspection and answered all my questions and addressed concerns. The financing and permit process was extremely quick and painless. The crew did an amazing job and ensured that we were aware of all corrective actions taken and were very professional. Finally, Mr. Toomey ensured that everything was good to go upon completion and followed up to ensure everything had been fixed and that we did not have any additional concerns. It is customer service and care for people in a situation like that that makes this company a cut above!! Thank you!!

  Extremely frustrating service experience, especially hearing how superior their services standards are via recorded loop while on hold the past six weeks trying to find anyone available willing to discuss my repairs. I reached out to my sales rep six weeks ago with some concerns regarding a recent job and some results that didn't align with the specific questions we covered, the photos and videos shown during our sales conversation. Was told he was on vacation for two weeks, the production manager would reach out to me and he would follow up upon his return, please be patient. I waited three weeks with no response, so I followed up. Was given a phone number to call. Called the number and was told my email would be forwarded, please be patient. Waited another week, called to speak to the production manager. Was told he was in a meeting, he has my emails, he would call me back shortly. It's been another week. Six weeks for someone to say something other than "sorry for your experience" and "I can't make someone show up to your property". I'm sure there's an easy remedy here to fix some less than desirable final results. I've completed their service survey, I've emailed photos, I've called asking for the people I'm told can help me. The not so easy fix seems to be finding someone who cares to take a service call from a new and never again customer as much as they cared about getting that contract signed and taking my payment.
