  Mark Vella is the best! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, but best of all friendly. He's also very helpful. We have a curtain at the bottom of our steps to keep the heat downstairs, that we can no longer reach. He put it up for us. We always enjoy seeing him.

  I unfortunately had to replace my heat pump/AC, it had been out since December 2024. We were blessed to be able to afford at this time. Wayne Inge was the Howell's rep in charge of the removal/installation. Wayne and his team did an awesome job, was in and out and complete the same day !! Howell's and their reps were all efficient, great to work with, Professional and overall did an awesome job!!!!!!! Thanks !!!!!!

  The service from Howell’s is the best!! Scheduling with the Service team is so pleasant. Curtis and Caleb thoroughly inspected our unit and performed the annual maintenance! We have used Howell’s for many years and we will continue to do so, they are a great company and have a great team! I recommend them to those that I can whenever I can!

  Howells was so good and quick with giving us a schedule to fix our HVAC system. Curtis Jones and the guy he was with came on time. Gave us a quick diagnosis and clearly explained to us what was wrong with our system and the best part was that they already have all the parts and materials on hand that needs to be changed And fixed. Big thanks to Curtis Jones and his partner, very professional and knowledgeable. Our system is now functioning very well. Will highly recommend this company and for sure will use Howells again in the future if need be.

  My thermostat went bad. I had a $50 regulator thermostat. The technician only had a $579 smart thermostat. That’s not the problem, I told him to change it. The problem is temperature in hallway is 73, thermostat is set on 68. Inside unit continues to come on minus the fan and copper line inside is very hot. I am worried the unit may be damaged. I turned the thermostat off but for some reason the outside unit continues to come on. I will be calling Howell first thing Monday morning. On Monday they came out and replaced the new thermostat and worked on the inside and outside unit. Finally after 1 1/2 hours everything is working.
