  Gilman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing are top notch. The service is impeccable. Every member of their staff that I spoke with was extremely nice and professional. I called and they had someone out to the house within the hour, sent me a picture of each person who came out, kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, and just made everything easy. I highly recommend this company. They won't give you the run around. They're fast, professional and get the job done!

  I wasn't going to leave a review at first but now I need to warn people. The blower motor went out on my air handler. Hector was the tech that came out said they had to order motor and would take 2 to 5 days to get. 2 weeks later they get the motor and come to install only to find housing was badly rusted and had to be ordered. I understand things happen but didn't you see that when you took motor out to diagnose. Finally get a call from tim saying it would be a week or two to get housing. I told him that puts me over a month with no central air, he said for inconvenience he would do a 15% discount off the $3400 total and that brought it down to $2800 basically. Plus i have a 10% military discount. Hector was scheduled to finish it but ended up being brandon. Im out off town for work so my wife was there. They told her about the discount and took the military coupon but STILL CHARGED ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF $3400.

  I had such a great experience with Troy! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from the moment he arrived. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my HVAC unit and explained everything to me in detail as he went along. I really appreciated that he didn’t just tell me what needed to be done — he explained why and made sure I understood everything. Troy also made a couple of recommendations that I really appreciated, and he emailed me quotes so I could look everything over and consider my options. I never felt pressured or rushed in any way. What impressed me most was the time and care he put into his work. You could tell he genuinely wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was comfortable with the service he provided. Troy did an excellent job, and I would be very happy to have him come back for any future HVAC needs. He is definitely someone I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you, Troy, for providing such excellent service!

  Tucker and his co worker (can't remember his name) worked very well together when needed and efficiently when they worked on their individual jobs. They worked hard non stop. Arrived on time and just went about getting the job done. Respectful and was impressed with their work ethics.. My furnace was 30 years old. Tucker worked really hard to remove it and replace with new one. His co worker worked on removing and replacing air conditioner. Cleaned up when jobs were completed.

  We recently had a new heat pump installed by Gilman, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Choosing a new HVAC system was a major decision for us, and we spent considerable time researching equipment and comparing contractors. Gilman stood out for their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to listen to our specific needs rather than simply trying to sell us a system. The installation went amazingly smoothly. The crew was professional, courteous, careful in our home, and clearly took pride in their work. They also did some additional ductwork modifications to address airflow and comfort issues in our kitchen and sunroom. The results are already noticeable. Those areas have historically been difficult to keep comfortable, and we can already feel a significant improvement in both temperature and airflow. From the initial consultation through installation, this has been an excellent experience. We would absolutely recommend Gilman to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional HVAC company. Five stars without hesitation!
