  Great for windshield repair, but did not have a good experience with a full replacement. Had a rattle after the windshield replacement they did and I took it back to them 2x, with no fix. The second time they installed a trim piece incorrectly which led to the windshield breaking. Staff claimed I did work on it (I did not) and would not cover under warranty (and weren't nice about it). So understandably I did not have a good experience. But again I had a good repair experience previously. Maybe they just can't do Subaru windshield replacements.

  Filled out the online form and received a call back with an estimate within a few hours. Said they had the front window in stock and could have it done the next day. Dropped the car off that night and received a call the following day around 10 am that it was done. Very polite and friendly staff. They did a great job!!

  I drove 40 minutes out of my way to this company, drawn by their patriotic name and positive reviews—but my experience was very disappointing. When I dropped off my $70k luxury SUV, I told them it was my “baby” and asked them to take extra care. I would have even paid more for attention to detail to match the condition of the car. The car came back with old urethane residue all over the dash and fresh, sticky urethane on a few spots of the body. A cap for one of the windshield arms was missing. Initially, they told me they lost the cap and offered a small discount for the part, but they later found it on the garage floor and replaced it. They also tried cleaning the dash with a brush instead of using a vacuum, which I had to point out would not properly clean the HUD. Despite providing a list of parts and requesting all OEM components, they skipped replacing a spacer at the bottom of the windshield. The windshield sits higher than the original, and the top seal moves in the wind. They advertise a “lifetime warranty,” but I seriously doubt it would actually be honored—any small chip in this area could void it before you even need it. On the positive side, they were responsive when I raised concerns, but after how the car was delivered, I was hesitant to bring it back. Overall, this is not the level of care expected for a high-end vehicle.
