  One thing I noticed immediately was how organized the installation team seemed compared to other contractors I’ve hired before. They labeled equipment carefully, kept pathways clear, and cleaned up debris every evening before leaving. The project manager checked in several times during the install instead of disappearing after the contract was signed. We did experience a slight delay because the city inspection office was backed up, but communication from the company stayed consistent the whole time. My favorite part now is being able to track energy production through the app during sunny days. It sounds nerdy, but it’s actually pretty interesting seeing how much power the system generates hour by hour. Overall, the process felt much smoother than I originally expected.

  Our home isn’t very new, so I worried solar installation might become complicated because of older electrical wiring. Thankfully the company inspected everything thoroughly beforehand and explained what upgrades were necessary without making it sound scary. The office staff stayed responsive throughout the project, which helped because I had a lot of questions during permitting. The crew installing the panels was polite and surprisingly quiet most of the time. One worker even helped close our side gate after noticing it had blown open during strong wind. We had a brief issue with the monitoring app showing delayed updates, but support fixed it after one phone call. A few months later, the system is working great and the lower utility bills are definitely noticeable.

  We’ve wanted solar panels for years but always assumed the process would be stressful and expensive. This company made it much easier than expected. The financing explanation was straightforward, and nobody tried to pressure us into upgrading to things we didn’t need. Installation happened over three days because of bad weather halfway through, but the crew stayed professional and communicated clearly. I appreciated how carefully they cleaned around the backyard after working near the patio. My husband also mentioned how respectful everyone was when entering the garage to access electrical panels. It’s only been a couple months, but our electric bill already looks completely different compared to last year. Feels like one of the smarter home upgrades we’ve made.

  There were a couple small delays during the process but everything was communicated clearly and handled well!

  It wasn’t a perfect experience from start to finish, but overall I’m satisfied. There were some delays and a couple communication gaps early on that could’ve been handled better. However, once those issues were addressed, things started to move more consistently. Kevin seemed to stay on top of things toward the later stages. Installation went well and everything looks good. Now that the system is active, everything has been working as expected.
