  One star. Extremely disappointing experience with Perry Aire Services. The technician, John Shifflett, arrived looking completely unprofessional. His pants were sagging, shirt untucked, and overall presentation did not inspire confidence. Unfortunately, the service itself matched the appearance. He spent about an hour working on the unit and told me everything was fixed and the air was back on. Then he left to move his car because he was unhappy about parking in the garage. When he returned, the air conditioning was not working at all. What followed was another three hours of him sitting on the phone with what sounded like tech support, with no resolution. At the end of all that time, he told me he could not access the unit properly and that they would need to send a “smaller technician” the next day. No one showed up. No follow-up. When I called the office, I received an automated message pushing the appointment out to Tuesday, completely contradicting what I was told in person. Meanwhile, my showroom is sitting at 80 degrees with no working AC and no clear plan or accountability from the company. Unprofessional, disorganized, and a complete waste of time.

  This was my first time using Perry Air Services and I certainly will be calling on them again. I talked to the service manager Steve about my hot water radiator system"s problems. So Steve decided to send one of his top technicians Brendan. When Brendan arrived we talked about the boiler's high water pressure and one of the radiators exhibiting a blockage. He then found the water inlet valve to the boiler, and adjusted the amount of water pressure coming in from the outside and that corrected the high pressure in the boiler. Next he troubleshot what might be going on with the blocked radiator and finally decided that instead of coming back and using a cleaner solution for the blocked radiator that he would first try using the house water pressure to clear out the blocked radiator. This solved the problem. Needless to say I was extremely happy

  Perry Aire tried to scam me by telling me my refrigerant was out in my 7 year old AC and telling me I needed a repair or replacement. My system was still functioning and putting out cold air so I got a gut feeling they were trying to scam me. Another HVAC company just came out and confirmed the system is functioning fine and that Perry Aire was trying to scam me. Don’t fall for their trap! EDITED TO ADD: they tried to bribe me to take this review down. SHADY!!!

  Lee did an excellent job diagnosing why my heated floor was not heating. He fixed the problem and tested the system to make sure it was working correctly. Lee is highly skilled, knowledgeable and professional. I would hire Perry Aire again.
