However, in our standard cabinet construction, we don't use particle boards. Instead, we use inch thick maple plywood with a domestic veneer core (either poplar or fir). Each sheet is prefinished with a UV finish that will retain its beauty and durability through the lifetime of the cabinets. We believe that only the best materials make the best cabinets.
