  Caleb and his apprentice were very cordial and replaced a leaking valve in my Jacuzzi bathtub. Had some trouble communicating what kind of valve to get but we finally found one at a Lowe's store 25 minutes away. He completed the job on a timely manner and we are very happy with the results (no more leaks) After the service was complete he was surprised we were gamers with a Nintendo switch (love TOK) at our retirement age.

  I called on Saturday at 11:08 AM seeking after-hours service and spoke with Melissa, who explained that she handles calls and scheduling during after-hours. She was polite, took all of my information, and assured me that the on-call technician would reach out. Unfortunately, several hours passed and I never received a call from the technician. Because the issue needed to be addressed, I contacted another company that responded immediately, got me on their schedule, and ultimately resolved the problem. This morning at 7:50 AM—two days after my original call—I received a follow-up from another team member asking whether I still needed service. I can't speak to the quality or integrity of this company's actual repair work because I never had the opportunity to receive their services. However, if you're calling with an urgent need during "after-hours," I would recommend calling around rather than relying solely on the expectation of an on-call response. I was advised upfront that there would be a $150 emergency after-hours response fee in addition to a $145 diagnostic fee, both of which I was completely willing to pay given the circumstances. The issue wasn't the cost—it was that the promised on-call response never happened. I'm giving three stars because both team members I actually spoke with were polite and professional. Melissa seemed genuinely concerned about my situation, and I appreciate that the company has a follow-up process in place, as demonstrated by the call I received today. That said, there appears to be a gap between the after-hours call-taking process and the on-call technician response. For customers with an urgent issue who are ready and willing to pay the associated emergency fees, that gap can mean lost business. Hopefully this feedback is helpful in identifying and improving that part of the process.

  I dreaded calling an HVAC company. Fear it would be too costly and that they would push a new system. I made an online appointment on a sunday. Called monday morning and they had Manny at my house before 9am. Which was hours sooner than what I selected online. He got the problem fixed within an hr or so. Explained everything very well and did not seem frustrated with having to answer questions and actually explained it so well i didnt have many questions anyway. Really nice and easy to deal with as a first time home owner that has not dealt with this before. He was not pushy even though my unit is old. I appreciate the stress that was relieved this morning so we can focus on the rest of the week. Thank you!
