  Use to be a good company under Mr.Hickey however since switching new owners you don’t get the same level of service and care. Told them I had a warranty for HVAC and was told not to waste my time calling warranty as they usually don’t cover a new system. I would expect an owner/workers of a hvac company to know better since dealing with this daily. Gave 2 only because the technician was on time and through and nice as well as those that installed new HVAC.

  Our heat pump was having an issue and not cooling. Manny came out and was quickly able to determine what the issue was, and completed the repair. He explained it in terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend Manny and Hickey!

  Our water was out due to a valve in our water pressure tank failing. Caleb was thorough in explaining the different options we had for getting our water back up and running and what each option would cost. They were very professional and efficient, and they were able to come out the same day of my call to help. I highly recommend Hickey Plumbing.

  I strongly recommend this company. We knew 2 years ago that our HVAC would need replacing due to its age, but we didn’t have the money to get it done. After managing our home without it, we decided to reach back out to Will and let him know what we wanted to do. Not only did we find the best system for our home but financing was made easy as well. The installation process was simple and the two technicians (one named David H) even made my kids feel important during the process while I was work. Thank you for that! We also enjoyed being able to have Bryan M come out and check our electric while Dustin T took care of our yearly plumbing inspection. These men work so well together and the convenience of getting multiple services done in one day is always a plus. Thank you Hickey for every kind soul from scheduling to the services provided in the homes. We couldn’t have chosen a better company. -Mj and Nicole Thornton

  Manny came out to check on/service one of our units that would not turn on at all and we had been dealing with the summer heat for a couple days before we decided to call. Manny with Hickey showed up the same day and had us fixed up within an hour! When he was done he showed pictures/video documentation of the issues that he took care of at a very reasonable price, if you have any HVAC issues arise don’t hesitate to give Hickey a call! Would 10/10 recommend them every time
