  The plumber was right on-time, very professional and completed the work within the time he told me it should take. He was polite, respectful of the space he was working in and did an excellent job!

  Kim was wonderful with helping us through an emergency situation! A burst hot water heater had flooded our finished basement. Plumber On the Way fit us in to be seen that day and replaced our hot water heater the next morning. They were careful to move rugs and cover the floors from our front door down to the basement , were thorough and efficient, and cleaned up and returned rugs to their original placement before leaving. I will DEFINITELY call Plumber On The Way for all my future plumbing needs!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
