- FBFranklin BrightMay 13, 20261.0Our building hasn't had all 3 of our elevators working at the same time in close to a year. Everytime they show up, it's a quick fix and then problems come back within a week. Never dealt with a business like this. KEEP AWAY
- JJJA-DCMay 13, 20261.0We’ve had one elevator out of service for over a year, supposedly waiting on a “part” that never arrived. This company is horrible: they come to fix one elevator and end up causing problems with the other two, without providing a clear explanation for the recurring malfunctions. Now all three elevators are not operating normally and have been running in dispatch mode for nearly three weeks. We have to call repeatedly just to get a response, and even then they often require multiple visits to address the same issue—usually with mediocre results. When they do come, they sometimes leave the property without notifying management. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company, they are a disgrace to our community.

- DBDiana BaronMay 13, 20261.0Absolutely horrible service. They service the elevators in my condo building. They installed them 14 years ago and the elevators are only semi-functional. They are slow to respond, don't provide any information to the management on when they might be fixed or what is wrong with them, and actually sneak out without talking to management if they've come to make a fix. Bunch of cowards if you ask me. Do not recommend to any building looking to replace their elevators.
