  A tenant was reporting the AC not working during the peak of the heat wave. Brian the technician showed up same day and quickly found that a breaker had been tripped for the outdoor unit from a vent cleaning company that had just been there. Super fast and thorough and honest diagnosis of the problem. We’ve always been impressed with the team and would highly recommend them.

  Saves the day, So happy with M&S on the worse possible days of the heatwave my a/c wasn’t blowing cold. My pets were suffering, I can suffer but not my pets. Came the next day and got us working in 20 minutes. Jorge Alvarez was professional and competent :) had us working so fast and we appreciate it. So thankful!

  I recently had a plumbing inspection completed by Michael & Son, and I was very impressed with the service. Kamrin was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he found during the inspection in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by fixing an outdoor faucet that had a broken hose connector stuck on it. It was something I had been unable to remove myself for quite a while, and he took care of it quickly and efficiently. Kamrin was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous throughout the visit. I appreciate the attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Michael & Son, and especially Kamrin, for any plumbing needs.

  I had my annual electric inspection today, Ilich was the tech, and did a very thorough job. He had me walk the entire house with him as he performed his checks, and discussed any concerns he had through the process. We talked at length about GFCI, electrical panels and how code has changed over the years and what had been grandfathered in and what should be addressed in my house. Ilich answered my questions and when he left i felt i had a much better understanding of my house from an electrical standpoint.

  Edit 2: owner told me to call them shortly after I wrote this review…. Called them and they are closed! Not even answering calls. It’s a Saturday, at 1pm. I did as instructed and nope, cannot even talk to anyone Edit: our appointment is actually 10 days away, not four days away— she lied! Said it was Tuesday (it’s currently Saturday) but our landlord called and no, it’s actually the FOLLOWING tuesday— as in 10 days!!!! “Fastest service” is a flat out lie!! If I could give this place a zero stars, they would get zero stars. This is a stupid company with the saying of “fastest service in the area”. However, they can get us in for a diagnostic, not even to fix our air conditioner four days after I called. I have children and senior citizens living in my house but they said oh well see you in four days with an 6 hour window— again just for a diagnostic. Sure knowing it will be fixed is another thing—getting parts may take a bit. However, not even coming out for FOUR days it’s ridiculous! Their emergency line is a complete joke because again they do not have availability until four days later. What is the point of having an emergency service? They have our warranty too and of course they won’t transfer leaving us with potentially paying goodness knows what for parts when it should be covered by our warranty
