  After wasting almost 2 weeks with another company, I was lucky to find Fouad Gritli And Metric Windows. I talked to them on a Thursday and within an hour he was at my place described the repair and how much it would cost. My double Pane Window was repaired the next day at a very reasonable cost. I recommend them highly.

  Great experience with Metric Windows and the owner, Fouad. I am all about comparing prices, quality of work, and reviews...yes, I am picky. I live in the Alexandria, VA area and I looked for who provided services to replace my outdated framed glass shower glass with a frameless glass door. After much research and quotes, I settled for Metric Windows. Fouad was quick setting up and appointment to come see the job and take measurements before giving me a quote. I had already priced similar jobs online based on the size and type of glass that I wanted, so I knew that Fouad quoted me very well. We set up a date for the job, Fouad was punctual and did an outstanding job. We are extremely pleased with the new frameless shower door and thank Metric Windows for their outstand job and price.

  My dog pawed my window on a Saturday and Metric windows responded the same day. Fouad provided a reasonable quote. Once the replacement pane arrived; it was installed in an hour. I would recommend Metric windows for their responsiveness and great pricing.

Fouad, the owner, does excellent work and pays close attention to the details that really matter. He’s handled full glass enclosures, window pane replacements, and half-glass installations for me, all with great results. Communication is always prompt, turnaround is fast, and the overall customer service is outstanding. His pricing is very fair. You may find cheaper quotes elsewhere, but the quality of the workmanship, materials, and post-installation support easily make up the difference. What really stands out is Fouad’s honesty. He never upsells at your expense—in fact, during a bathroom glass project, he recommended a less expensive glass option because it was the right choice for the space. That level of transparency is rare and appreciated. Highly recommend Metric Windows if you want quality work and a contractor you can trust.

  We had a pleasant experience with Metric Windows. They were communicating fast and efficiently. Installation of a new glass took very little time and Fuad was very patient and thorough in his job. Excellent service, highly recommended.
