  The store did not open on time. Calling the phone number was not productive, so I looked at reviews and learned that other reviewers had noted that the store does not keep to its posted hours. Interesting to note that other customers arrived later than me, at the time the store was about to actually open, as if they have insider knowledge. It is difficult to find street parking, especially when the fitness center next door is in session. Apparently, the hack is that plumbers are supposed to park blocking the driveways, which would not have occurred to me. I am not a plumber, and the counter attendant clearly did not want to serve me, ostensibly on the grounds that he carries lots of p traps, and he wouldn't know which one I needed for a specific common household application, although I brought complete information on the common mating parts and the component to be replaced. The attendant told me to have my plumber specify the trap. Then he suggested that I try Home Depot, where I did find the correct part, but only in a package with other parts I did not need. I was specifically referred to this company to source quality name brand parts rather than generic. I ended up with a generic part anyway. This store only serves professional plumbers, although you will not know that unless you try to visit there. If you need professional quality components, your options are somewhat limited. If you mean to shop here, come with the exact brand and part number. Specifications will not be enough.

  Installing a new refrigerator with an ice maker. Dylan and Nate were both helpful with advice for the proper technique of installing the connector on the water line.Throwing in extra tips. Great customer service!

  I went there today to pick up a part that my maintenance man needed to fix my shower. Something about a water valve balancing thing? In any case, I clearly have no idea what I'm doing or looking for--I brought the part in a baggie. I walked in and was immediately offered help finding the part. The guy knew exactly what I needed by just looking at it from 10 ft away, and quickly found the right part. The guys in the store were all friendly and welcoming, and never made me feel dumb for having no real idea what I was doing. They got me squared away with the right part quickly and on my way. If I have other plumbing needs, I'll definitely be going back!
