  I needed a Pressure Vacuum Breaker Assembly installed for my irrigation system. Thanks to Aaron S, I know it's been installed correctly. He did a great job and has a pleasant demeanor. I'd definitely hire him again.

  I love Valley. I usually call them anytime my plumbing is acting up, but my a/c unit just completely died on me so I called them for help. They had an entire hvac unit installed within 3 days of my first call. The Austin team I got was great (both of them were named Austin lol), very professional and kind, and took the time to explain how to care for and protect my new system. I recommend them to everyone who asks who I use.

  Highly recommend Jeremy !We had a tricky installation with some major manufacturer part issues, but the plumber was incredibly persistent. He stayed with the job until it was done right and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Great dedication to quality work. Angelica who helped with scheduling was AMAZING!!

  Everything was good until it wasn’t. I paid over 6000$ dollars for a new soaking bathtub everything looked fine until the next morning I found scratches and a big chunk of the tub was missing. I texted Kaiden and Austin and they told me they would order a new one and let me know when to expect it. 4 days went by and no response so I texted Kaiden and he explained since it was already installed that nothing could be done and that the drywall would cover the chunk missing from the bottom corner and the scratch in the tub was not a structural concern. Not happy that I paid premium price for a scratched and damaged tub. I called the drywall company that Kaiden recommended and they gave me a bid of 8500$ which I thought was quite high so I called another contractor and he quoted me 3700$ for everything.

  Had a great experience Kaden today . Due to the age of the house, there were unexpected problems inside the bathtub faucet. The part we needed had been discontinued by Kohler in 2017! So he spent a long time on the phone and the tracking one down, But it won't be here for at least a week, maybe longer. But I'm okay because what he did obviously worked hard to find out the problem and to find a way to fix it. I laughed and said well they may have to find a part in Alaska somewhere in an old warehouse! I'm really happy what has happened so far.. Kayiden was very personable, explained everything as we went along and made sure that he was able to move further with the project.
