  Not an honest company. Their guy lied to me and said that there were no parts available for my bathtub faucet issue and that he had to replace the entire bathtub faucet. I called Roto-rooter plumbing for a 2nd opinion and their guy got the job done for a small fraction of what Valley plumbing wanted. Sad to see companies taking advantage of people, specially in this tough economy. Please do better!

  Five stars. Everybody’s talking about Valley Plumbing. They’re saying, “Wow, what a company.” And after what I saw, I have to agree. It was a huge job. A very, very big job. Some people don’t even understand how big. I want to give a special shoutout to Dallon White, Dallin Baugh, and Austin Barbee. Incredible guys. Fantastic. The best. They were tackling a major tankless water heater installation at Chili’s from midnight until 7:00 in the morning. That’s not an easy job, folks. Very complicated. A lot of moving parts. Most people would’ve looked at it and said, “We’ll come back tomorrow.” Not these guys. They stayed with it, worked through every challenge, and they got it done. They absolutely got it done. Hot water restored. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just hard work, teamwork, and professionalism. That’s what winners do. They finish the job. If these three are any indication of the people Valley Plumbing hires, then believe me, you’re in very good hands. Great company. Great people. Great workmanship. They get the job done, and they get it done right. Five stars. Maybe the best plumbing experience anybody has ever had. People are saying it.

  I had a great experience. Dallon was great and explained every step of the drain replacement and the sump pump. He checked things several times to ensure everything worked properly. He was also very courteous and professional. I also appreciated Dallin and Mitch’s help. This company’s bid was also a lot lower than other bids.
