I love my new roof! From my first low-key contact with Breiden to the last thorough cleanup of the yard, I found the entire team to be professional, courteous, friendly, patient, instructive and hardworking. I received timely updates regarding the original estimate and estimate for additional work I requested. I was kept informed of the process while they were doing the work and provided photo updates. The communication was top rate. They completed the tear off of the old and installation of the new roof on our home and our outbuilding in one day! They use top-quality products and the skilled installers did a great job. The existing vent pipes and chimneys were painted to match and blend with the new shingles. These details gave the final product a finished and professional look. I especially appreciated the way to took care of our property. They protected all the windows and carefully covered the foundation landscaping. Compared to other estimates, the pricing was excellent and very competitive. The guarantees they offered were the best I found. I really can't really imagine using any other company to do this work!

We did not get a roof today. But it’s because Jay with IWC roofing evaluated our roof and found that it is still in good shape, and he did not try to push a new roof upon us. He gave us an honest opinion and we will take another look in a few years.
