- CCCory CookJan 4, 20195.0Super helpful!! Dave Kerlin came out to make an assessment of a leak we had identified in what we thought was the foundation. After a thorough free inspection, he can back with the verdict that it was a plumbing problem and not a foundation issue. We were so impressed with his honesty. Really, who does that anymore? Integrity like that speaks volumes. Trust is difficult to earn and Dave and Davenport earned mine today. Thank you.

He was also honest and went the extra mile in trying to figure out what we could do to fix the problem. In the end, we decided to go with a downspout solution (which Davenport doesn't specialize in). So even though we're not going through Davenport for the project, I was so impressed with Frank that I felt I needed to write this review. Highly recommended.
