I chased him down in our neighborhood because my garage door had broken the day before and he had everything already on his truck to fix our garage. Extremely knowledgeable and fast and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend this company to anybody.
- MMmike madsen2 days ago5.0Out garage door spring broke after 8 years (average life), and of course it happened in the evening right after everyone is done for the day. I saw A Plus online and compared them with other businesses which all had good ratings, but the online scheduling on A Plus' website was super easy, so I went with them. I scheduled online for the first available slot which was the very next day at 8am and he came promptly to very the problem and do an overall garage door inspection. The tech, Manasseh was very thorough and made some good recommendations and provided some different options to not only fix the broken screen but do some maintenance and provide some upgrades. He was not overly pushy but very pleasant to talk with and discuss the various options. He was kind enough to work with management get me some additional savings which were a fair deal for me and, I hope, for A Plus. So, I went with the premium springs to get the improved life. Manasseh did a great job! So a big thank you to him for coming first thing in the morning to fix the garage door! I definitely would recommend A Plus and will be using them in the future when the other garage door goes out.
