  I would give zero stars if I could. I went through this company since they initially did the surveying for the subdivision. I expected it to be a easy job for them since they would have all the data from their initial survey. For the survey, my wife was there and he verbally confirmed that our fence was on our property. Since that was enough at the time to ensure I wasn't encroaching or trespassing, I paid the bill but still planned on getting him out here again to actually mark or place a stake in the corner so the line would be indisputable. He came and left with nothing to show for it and refused to come back and ever mark anything for me. Ernest Rowley lied to me on multiple occasions. I have evidence of all of this including phone calls and e-mails. If you came to my property you would never know they came. Furthermore, they previously did a survey for my neighbors property before me. They marked the front of the property with a stake for them but nowhere else from what I could see. Were they hiding something for them or from me? It felt shady. So, after they did two surveys at the same location there is still not an indisputable property line. Either they are not professional or they are hiding something (or possibly both). They should probably change their name to cheapstake surveying since they can't afford any markers or stakes for their customers.

  Great Guys to work with. Very diligent in getting the details done right. Tyler and Ernest are good to work with. They helped survey my property in order to sell have to have it developed and were easy to work with. :)
