  Excellent service from Finn and Logan. They were efficient, clear in their explanations, and patient with our lack of knowledge. They were thorough, kind, and walked us through each step. We felt like the gave us professional service, answered all our questions, and were friendly and appropriate.

  To clarify, you cant do half stars on Google and I feel 2.5/5 is appropriate but 3/5 is too generous. We originally had a tech named Jason come out and diagnose my 8 year old AC that wasn't blowing cold. He diagnosed that the condenser coil was leaking and needed replaced. $2500ish, a second visit and the coil was replaced and confirmed to have fixed the problem. We thought. Approximately one month of time of some cooler weather ended and when I kicked the AC on, I noticed hot air blowing from my registers so we had a second tech come out from Comfort Solutions named Shane. Shane was nice, he was friendly and ultimately he wasn't sure where the leak was but was confident there was a second leak. He isolated the condenser from the inside and left it for two days to see which side was the leak. Two days later upon his return, he confirmed it was in fact leaking inside the house. Several pounds of refrigerant gone within a month. He said we could try and find the leak or we could get a new system. Shane didn't feel confident (or didn't want to) locate the leak and we had, at this stage lost faith in repairing an old system but were very frustrated feeling it wasn't fully diagnosed at first. We felt if Shane could've found the leak, why couldn't Jason. We decided to get some quotes from Shawn, a sales rep and he was nice but we felt the quotes were high. After some back and forth, they were great about negotiating and also threw us a full credit for the cost of our repair of the old unit. The install guys were great. We had Cody, Lorenzo and Marcus. All three of them were awesome and kept us involved every step of the way. They were fun, they were professional and from all observation, did fantastic work. No complaints at all with the install team. In fact, get them a bonus for their almost 12 hour day! At this stage, I've sent multiple follow up emails over the course of the week to get an update related to rebates over the new energy efficient components and I have had zero response other than from our sales rep saying he'd get the office to follow up. In short, we felt the original diagnosis was only a half diagnosis. He found one problem and rolled with that instead of looking farther. We also are disappointed in the lack of follow through with their office staff related to these rebates. For us, they are in no part a small chunk and a very large reason we decided on new equipment. So far, a week in, the new energy efficient Lennox furnace and heat pump are great and functioning well. We PRAY it stays that way after everything.

  Tech showed up fast and did a quick check out and had the part on the truck. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Very friendly and explained what happened and why. Told us some things to keep an eye on. We are happy with the outcome come and the great service we were given. Thanks again

  Finn came out today to do the maintenance on my HVAC system and get the furnace ready for winter. He was great—friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was working the way it should. It’s always nice when someone shows up, does a good job, and makes the whole thing easy. I really appreciated Finn coming out today and taking care of everything. Very happy with the service!

  Comfort solution provided exceptional service. They were prompt with getting back with me. Communication was top notch. Finn our technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We recently went through a home renovation and found most contractors to be unreliable and do subpar work Having someone come in at the time they said they would be there, do what they said they were going to do and provide all the services needed for us, was a breath of fresh air.
