Comfort Solutions began with only one employee and a service van out of a garage, and has grown to be one of Utah’s largest and well-respected Heating, Air and Fireplace comfort providers. In 2007 C.S. acquired Uintah Gas Fireplace in order to expand it’s comfort selection. In 2012 we merged with Elite Fireplace and Robert Love Heating. 2014 we added Airworx HVAC to our team. Our biggest acquisition took place July of 2015 adding Hartman Heating to our brands. Our hard work, growth and great customer service makes us the Largest Trane Comfort Specialist in the Rocky Mountain Region. In addition one of the largest suppliers of Napoleon fireplace products.

They were very easy to schedule, had multiple times available that I could work with, and they were very good at understanding my needs and communicating expectations. Finn Schaecher was on time, easy to work with, and listened well to what I needed. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and he easily explained what he was doing and what I should be doing. Their prices were reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
- EMEvan Matheson6 days ago5.0It is hot and AC died—not a good day! Tyler was able to get down same day and get our repair started. It was evening when he arrived and he stayed late working on the system. He was absolutely great. Clean, courteous, personable and all that stuff—but he truly tried to get a repair going without just replacing our whole system at enormous cost. We will be hot for a few days as parts are coming in but we feel extremely confident in Tyler getting us going

He was friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything and was comfortable with the work being done. On top of that, he was just friendly, cool guy who made the whole experience pleasant. Really appreciated the service and would definitely recommend.
- BRBob RogersMay 13, 20261.0Working hard, or hardly working? I've witnessed these employees sitting in their vans for hours on countless occasions. It seems they have enough money to pay them to sit around. These photos were taken at 3:30 PM. I see them take two-plus-hour lunches just sitting in their vans. They sit in them in the morning for long periods of time, and then they sit in the vans at the end of the day for long periods of time as well. *update- 3rd photo, 30 minutes later @ 4pm.

I have the Platinum service, so I see real value in the maintenance program they offer. When something needs to be addressed/repaired I am always given options and never feel hustled like I have with other Companies. Comfort Solutions has a great staff, friendly, and I always feel like I am given honest answers and reliable solutions.
