  These guys took great care of us and helped us find exactly what we wanted. I was very pleased with the price and how fast we got our product and had it installed 😊

  We appreciated greatly the service we received at the Tooele Factory Flooring. We came in to this shop first to see what was available. Jay was very helpful and not a pushy salesman. It was because of his service that we returned to purchase our carpet there. Our basement had flooded so we had to do some work to prepare the rooms but when we were ready to have the carpet laid they came within a few days and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing flooring. Thank you.

  Jay was great to work with. He was very helpful when it came to picking out what carpet we wanted. He was very knowledgeable on the products. My gripe was with the installation. I'm not sure if they are Factory Flooring employees or if they're contracted out, but they DESTROYED our house. I spent days painting the house so I didn't ruin the new carpet, and now I have to repaint most of it. They dinged the walls. Popped the baseboards away from the walls, causing the paint to rip off the walls. Damaged the front door by using their tools to open it, like a battering ram. They got the walls dirty with hand prints and didn't clean up after they left. They got glue on the carpet. Wearing their dirty work boots on the new carpet. The seams are all very noticeable and look like the carpet has been wrinkling for years. Overall I'm not impressed with whoever did the install. If they are contracted out, you might need to find a different company. Someone who takes pride in their work.
