    We had a great experience with Factory Direct Flooring. The process was simple and straightforward. Didn't feel any pressure. Cost was good. The installers were friendly and professional. I'd recommend them and would use them again.

    Every body I worked with from the show room to the completion of the work was very helpful and professional. Even the carpet they installed 10 plus years ago has never looked better after they serviced it. Great company! Great people!
