- SGSergio Andres Castellanos GarciaMay 17, 20261.0I bought a new house here, but it feels like some doors were reused. They had holes and missing parts, and instead of replacing them properly, they just patched them up. The towel racks in the bathrooms fell off, and they told me they wouldn’t fix them until the end of year walkthrough. On top of that, I’ve had a noise in the ceiling for over a month, and despite my requests, no one has come to address it. It has not been a pleasant experience.
- CKConner KincaidJul 14, 20242.0The home buying process was a complete joke with Richmond, Darrel the lender was the most unprofessional human I’ve ever met, didn’t care about us or our experience and was very hard to get ahold of. Richmond lied about the elevation on our home and we have signed documents proving the elevation. They did nothing to help us with the mess up, told us either walk or buy the house. Some positives are Michelle in the Sales office was great and took care of us. Jason was great as well. The home has been good and the neighborhood is quiet and full of nice people. Overall Richmond lies and doesn’t follow through with things, also the lender is horrible, if you get Darrel switch lenders immediately, so be careful.

A few friends who bought houses in this neighborhood did not have good things to say about the local office or Richmond. Many locals said they realized Richmond doesn't care after you buy a home. New homes already needing repairs, burst sprinklers, broken closet doors, defective appliances, etc. What a joke. We have decided to go with a different builder. This is unprofessional and offensive to the construction industry.
