This was my third Tuff Shed purchase, all from the St. George, Ut location. Gina has really made my purchasing experience easy and pleasant. The shed was delivered and set up on time and the install team knew what they were doing. A very pleasant experience, and I definitely will use Tuff Shed again for any of my storage needs.

I was beyond excited when I met with the Tuff Shed sales representative in St. George. The sheds looked and sounded fantastic, we built ours with the representative and waited for our installation date. The day before installation, we got called to reschedule as the contractors that do the installation had quit. I understand these things happen and rescheduled for the following week. The contractors that were to install our shed did not show up within the appointment window, so we called as we had not heard anything. When we called, we were advised our shed was not even in the state yet and that we would get a call back. 5 hours after the appointment window, the contractors show up and start unloading everything. Thirty minutes later, they advised me that they did not have my shed, the order was incorrect, and that they would not install anything that day. I received several emails followed by a phone call advising that I needed to sign paperwork as my shed has “been installed”. I advised the phone representative that my shed had not in fact been installed and explained what happened. No empathy was shown and I was scheduled for 7 weeks later than my installation date. I attempted to contact anyone at Tuff Shed to discuss the situation (approximately 15 attempts), all calls were ignored, messages were not returned, and the email I had received my invoices from was out of service. I went to the building to find they are no longer operating, only a note advising to call the Nevada office for help. My shed is nearly paid for at this point based on how they bill and they will not be bothered to speak to me. This is a horrible experience and I will not recommend this company to anyone. Update 12/09/2020: Manager Gary contacted us to confirm we received a full credit. Thanks, Gary!

Worked with them through Home Depot Ordered a shed didn’t hear from them for three months until WE called after being transferred three times they didn’t even know what was going on Created three different appointment to get it built took ask for the days off and with no warning didn’t show up to any of them Called a dozen times to find out they had blocked our number Called from a different one to be transferred for the last time to cancel the order Super unprofessional and they don’t even know what Is going on! Would not recommend working with them through Home Depot
