  I ordered the shed back in January/Febuary and was put on a 2 month waiting list. An up front wait is no problem, they were open and honest with that part. However, when the installers show up in March they show up without a door and half a roof. They get most of the building put together in a day and tell me they would be back the next day with the roof and door to finish. Then next day they finish up the roof and the shed sits over the weekend and is painted on Monday. Still no door. I asked them when they think a door will show up and they said they would keep in touch. 2 months went by and I called them and it was explained to me that because I wanted a door that swung outwards instead of inwards they didn't have any doors for me but that they would have one for me in 4-6 weeks. The set an install date for July 9th, the very last day of the 6 weeks just to be sure they had the time to find a door. They didn't So here I am 6 months removed from my 7 thousand dollar check without a clue when or if my shed is going to be finished. This is ridiculous, you'll be better spending your money elsewhere or paying the extra for an actual construction company to do it on a weekend. 7/17/21 Update: We were set to install a separate door today while I wait for my door to be ordered/delivered but some miscommunication on Tuff Shed's side cropped up and we have missed another day. We will be trying again tomorrow. 7/20/21 Update: 7/18 came and an installer came to the house with a door that didn't fit in the hole that was framed for the door. Apparently the shed was framed wrong from the start. The installer said he could fix the framing in a couple hours just needed the lumber to make it happen, and would be here today (7/20) to install the door that is here as a temp holdover while I wait for my actual door. However that installer was scheduled for a separate job and had to cancel my day. So again I am rescheduling a day to get a door that isn't mine, MONTHS after I should have had the shed finished. The recent rainstorms have soaked the floor 3 times in the past week and the weather says it's supposed to rain again this afternoon.

  I love my new shed, awesome workout studio! Gina was extremely helpful & knowledgeable in helping with the design, would definitely recommend!

  We got a good deal on a floor model because we had the room for delivery. Austin delivered the shed, he was very courteous and efficient we will recommend this store to others for there shed needs.
