  Susie was on time , efficient and did a good job. Also friendly and informed. I would have her again. Mac Kurtz also came another time and was quick and efficient. Both did a good job and fixed problems

  We had an hvac issue and Jesse came out. He was very helpful and gave us a very good explanation of what was happening. Making sure to keep us educated on our system & the solution. He even drew diagrams to help explain. It was very appreciated since this was the 2-3 time we have had issues. The parts were under warranty from the first visit so we didn’t end up paying anything.

  Clayton Butler was very efficient in checking out my failing AC unit. After a careful inspection he went over all the options and prices. I would highly recommend him personally. While everyone at Triple T was very nice and easy to work with, I found their quote for a new AC unit to be MUCH more than I was expecting. I also found out later that the 13 SEER unit that they were offering me has been illegal to install in the State of Utah since 2023! After I got another quote for a different company for a well known brand of AC at literally half the price and a better warranty with a new thermostat thrown in. I would like to ammend my review. After speaking to a representative from Triple T, I was informed that a 13.4 Seer is legal to install in Utah. I looked it up, and indeed a 13.4 Seer unit is legal in Utah for split level systems, which I do not know if I have or not. My Estimate simply says that it is for a 13 Seer Single Stage Unit. I apologize if I confused anyone.
