Jessie with AC was excellent in quickly fixing my AC issue. He was thorough in his explanation in addition to directing me to Pedro for a free plumbing inspection. Pedro thoroughly inspected my water system and afterwards explained Triple -T's service plans, and I chose the Elite plan which included free services and reduced membership prices for various plumbing and AC/Heating related needs. Paul in customer service walked me through the payment options and was personable and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you, Triple-T, for your excellent customer service!

Jesse came to do a maintenance check and found some issues with our furnace. We are grateful to have Triple T to help us with our heating and cooling needs.

Brad is the epitome of professionalism. He inspected all — all — of our plumbing. Advised us of what was in good condition, what may be considered for repair or replacement. Walked us through best possibilities to replace or repair a toilet that needed repair. We chose a new modern replacement. We are highly pleased.
