Our Carrier furnance reported a critical malfunction and Isac from S&S Mechanical was very responsive in making a service call within hours that same day. He was very thorough in checking out the system for safety issues and mechanical failures. The cause of the fault could not be determined, so S&S plans to follow up with us after consulting the manufacturer. We use S&S Mechanical for our A/Cs and our furnaces and they have been excellent on every call. We very much recommend them. Jim

Jackson came to do a system maintenance job. He was very professional, very careful with our floors and the equipment he brought in to do the work. He explained everything very well and made us feel comfortable with his service and the work that he did. He is also very charismatic and charming!!

I wish I could give my techs 20 stars. Riley and Jonah were so amazing and very thorough in helping. They not only installed a new system for me, but answered every single question i had, stayed behind to help me make sure my app was working and were so kind to me and my family, including my dog. They worked efficiently and the process didn't feel rushed. They explained every step they could and even let me know how to best take care of my system and to keep it running as long as possible. Those 2 need a raise or at least recognition somewhere because they truly were amazing.

The technician did a great job and finished in less than 30 minutes, but the company's pricing felt excessive. While I understand service call fee, and operating 24/7 with readily available inventory incurs overhead, those costs shouldn't be passed down to the customer. On top of a massive markup for a simple capacitor replacement part and labor $350+ , I was also charged an additional $10 gas fee. Great work from the tech, but the overall cost for a 20 minute job was steep

They misled me about the thermostat they were installing when replacing my home's entire HVAC system. I told them I wanted a specific one and they installed the cheaper version instead. I told the installer it was wrong the day of the install and talked to the salesman about it later on. The salesman said he would have the better one installed but then never did. I even offered to pay extra to get the satisfaction they promised but they still have ignored me. For spending approximately $20,000 you would think my concern would be more meaningful.
