He came back out when I reached out and informed us it looked like it was an electrical issue with our circuit and told me what to do until I could get the electrician here. It was 113 the day he was here, thank goodness he helped me keep it cool in our house until we could get the circuit fixed!!! I appreciated the efficiency and continued communication!

And installation. Initially, they helped us with some repairs years ago... we have referred them to many people, including our son. They will even send you a biography of who will be at your house So you will feel more comfortable... i think it's funny... if you are looking for a new unit or simply a quality company you can trust, I hope this review finds you well. I am not always easy to deal with, And I demand perfection, customer service is a must... and if I don't like somebody, I will tell them to get off my property... i have no trouble telling people how to get bent... YES you can trust S&S. To date I have spent $ $30k. With them

Chachi was very professional and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than an hour. He didn't try to sell me on more products or services I didn't need, but answered my questions about future options honestly. I would definitely use S&S again.
