He took the time to explain how our current garage door opener system was supposed to operate, what was causing the issues, and what would be needed to get it working properly again. After walking us through several options, we decided to replace both the garage door opener motor and the garage door. He clearly explained the benefits of each option, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. He also worked with us on the pricing, which we truly appreciated.
