  Trevor was very quick and I'm grateful he could come out on a Saturday. However, I paid over $500 for what amounted to an $80 part and 20 minutes of labor. That is an insane amount, but maybe that's where the industry is at right now.

  Will use again! We hired them to do the rough-in plumbing for a bathroom addition to our unfinished basement and Trevor, Theo, and Matt were all great.

  Blue was probably the most responsive vendor/entity I've engaged with. Within days we had scheduled a technician to visit our home and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Although the outcome wasn't what we were hoping for, a greater reflection on our original plumber when building our home, the Blue Team has gone above and beyond to try and remedy this issue. They even followed up with me after the completion of the project to ensure they could find every way to help with this problem.
