  I highly recommend the HVAC Guys! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us in 2020. Our AC has worked great since, but I noticed the air wasn’t blowing cold today (in 2026). Franco came out the same day I called, squeezing us in between appointments he already had. He quickly identified the problem was caused by a dirty filter creating ice. He proceeded to thoroughly check everything to ensure the system was still running well. He showed me better filters to purchase and explained how everything worked to ensure we didn’t have future problems. He was kind, hard working, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He didn’t charge me for the visit and said we were still under warranty. When we purchased the furnace, the HVAC Guys were the best deal we could find and we were impressed with how quickly and effectively they worked. They have continued to impress us with phenomenal service. I have recommended them to several family members who have also been impressed with how professional and hard working they are.

  I was very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again! Franco was quick to help diagnose and fix our broken central air unit and was very personable and professional at the same time! And they were very reasonably priced which is a huge plus! I would highly recommend them!!

  Franco, one of the owners of The HVAC Guys, was truly exceptional. He came highly recommended by a co-worker, and several of my co-workers have used Franco and loved his work. After working with him myself, I completely understand why. He did ductwork at my house, including a new dryer vent and two new registers in the basement, and also installed an attic fan. From start to finish, he was the most professional HVAC contractor I spoke with. I got quotes from two other HVAC companies, but Franco stood out immediately. He showed up on time, communicated when he was on his way, provided a detailed estimate, and actually sent it when he said he would. His pricing was fair, and he explained my options clearly without any hard upsell. The work itself wasn’t completely straightforward because of the structure of my house, but Franco handled the tricky parts calmly and thoughtfully. He didn’t get flustered when things didn’t go exactly as planned, and he worked around my schedule. He also cleaned up afterward and was incredibly respectful in my home — he was the only tradesperson I’ve had recently who showed up with shoe booties. I’ve recently worked with a plumber and gotten quotes from multiple electricians and general contractors, and Franco stood out above all of them for professionalism, communication, and follow-through. I highly recommend The HVAC Guys.

  We have used The HVAC Guys business since we purchased our home in Elk Ridge. What's not to love about this company? They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. They helped replace our entire system and we were so thankful we went with their company! We have them out annually to check everything and make sure it's all good to go for the summer months. Overall they are just an amazing business and we are so thankful for everything they do for our family!!! Thank you HVAC Guys!

  Franco and is team are amazing. They installed a new furnace and AC for us. They are trustworthy and prices are better than the big guys. I would have paid more for their service for the quality they provided. I appreciate their amazing work and realistic prices. I will definitely be using them for future maintenance services.
