They were efficient, professional, respectful, and very fair with their pricing. Mason and Levi were the technicians who came to my house, and they were fantastic. They were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. They got the job done efficiently without sacrificing quality, and I really appreciated how fair and transparent they were with the pricing. It’s refreshing to find a company that provides great service, gets the job done right, and genuinely treats their customers well. I would absolutely recommend Eric’s Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

They answered all my questions, helped with the decision making process, and did a great job. They are also really patient even though I had several questions. Also a few years ago my water heater went out and Eric's they came out quickly got me sorted out then as well. I highly recommend them.

The window of service is not when he showed up, and I never got a call to confirm when he was on his way. Aside from that, no complaints.
