- BMBarbara MorrellSep 27, 20265.0Eric himself showed up at my door in an emergency situation after hours when I didn’t have a toilet working in my house. I was so appreciative as I had just gotten home from skilled nursing facility and plugged up my one working toilet. He didn’t charge me for the service!
- SKSung KangSep 24, 20265.0Had issue with drain and these two guys, Richie and Chris came and worked so hard with smile and explained what happened and what it needs to be done. Had knowledge and eager to help with professionalism. Their pants got all dirty but happy to help me. What a pleasant meeting!!!
- RDRob DetlingSep 24, 20265.0Water leaking from upstairs bathroom into downstairs bathroom. They arrived when they said they would and accessed the area to investigate and try to address the problem. No leaks detected in plumbing after an hour of testing (not their fault) so we will just watch it to see if we can find if water is coming in from showering or something.
- PBPaula Jo BirchSep 15, 20265.0Richie and the two men helping him with all that needed to be done in my home were so knowledgeable of all that was needing to be taken care of and so particular in their work and cleanliness. Did such a good efficient job and made sure to show me why things needed to be replaced and took care of them quickly as possible. Would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help. Replaced 3 toilets all leaking, new water heater full of hard water deposits, and new water softener that obviously hasn’t been working. Thank you
- AMAlycia MartinSep 9, 20265.0We had a fantastic experience with Eric’s Plumbing from start to finish! We first met Eric when he came out to assess and price a water main replacement for our home. From that first interaction, he was knowledgeable, straightforward, and professional. When it came time to complete the work, Richie, Weston, and the other technicians who came to our home were incredible. Everyone was professional, respectful, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. A water main replacement sounds like it would be a huge disruption, but they went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth as possible. Our family experienced far less inconvenience than I ever expected. We truly appreciate the care the entire team took with our home and would absolutely recommend Eric’s Plumbing to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional plumbing company!
