We had some hiccups after they installed, which had nothing to do with their work, but with who put in the furnace a few years ago. They came on July 4th to help us and then worked with us to come up with a more than fair solution. We will be using them going forward for all of our HVAC needs. Despite the brutal heat outside, we are sitting in fully functioning air conditioning (best we've ever had in this house!) I can't recommend them enough!
