Of course it happened over the weekend—but I was able to get an appointment first thing Monday morning, which was a huge relief after two nights of not being able to close the garage. Connor was super nice, knowledgeable, and walked me through all my options without any pressure. He helped fix everything I had been dealing with. It was pricey and I probably could’ve gotten a few quotes, but time, convenience and getting a good rep are worth it to me. I went with the upgrade package and replaced both motors so I could just move on with my life—and I’m glad I did.
