Corey came out and quickly diagnosed the broken spring for our garage door. He clearly explained the expected life cycle for all the moving parts to our garage door and recommended 4 different options to repair and extend the life of the new springs and bearings. We upgraded the cables and rollers just to ensure all parts were in good working condition. They even provide a 10% military discount. A+ Garage Doors did the initial installation of the garage door and motor. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this company enough. I opened the a garage door as I do every single day and the door just slammed completely down because the j hook thing ripped out of the garage panel and the spring ring broke. It was not a task we were even going to attempt to fix ourselves. I had Adam as my service technician and truly he was fantastic at explaining what was going on and when he completed everything he explained what he had done and how that would make a positive difference. In the past year I have had more maintenance done on my home out of necessity than I would like, and I’m telling you I’ve had service technicians and service that was completely awful- this was such a completely different experience and so positive. I’m grateful that my technician was incredibly kind and helpful and my garage honestly works better than it has when we bought the house 10 years ago. I don’t know if all the technicians for this company are the same, but my certainly went above and beyond. Thank you so much!!!

Tripp provided some of the best, friendliest service I have had in a while. He was incredibly professional and efficient, fixed our issues, and answered my questions, all while being so friendly and easy to talk to. He’ll leave you smiling. I’m incredibly impressed and grateful. Also getting on the schedule was very easy.

After a small accident where the garage door track was bent, A Plus Garage Door Repair came out the next day and helped get it fixed right away. Our service technician, Okko Wittenberg, also did a safety inspection of the spring and hinges. He explained the wear he found and gave details both on how much longer they could potentially last and multiple options for replacing them in a very low pressure way. He installed the new components and repaired our garage track to look good as new in a very quickly. I've always had a great experience with this company.

Great garage door installation today. Luis was on time, professional and kept us apprised of status. He was good to point out that there was a small dent in one section of the new door (probably during shipping). Very trustworthy employees and the whole company!! 5 stars!!
