  They were able to come same day and fix the issue (within 2 hours of my initial call!). Price seemed reasonable for parts and labor replacing the whole garbage disposal. Justin was also very patient with my questions and letting me watch his work since I think plumbing is really interesting. Great service! I’ll definitely be saving this company for future jobs.

  Moe’s came up and installed a new tub and drain in a basement for one of my customers. They had to cut into the foundation floor to put in a new sewer line. They did an amazing job. They didn’t leave a mess and everything works and looks great. I would hands down refer these guys to anyone. I can’t wait to work with them again!

  Moe and his crew came to bid a bathroom plumbing remodel. I ended up needing a new main line involving demolition of part of the basement floor. Their price beat all my other bids. They were professional, friendly, cleaned up their terrible mess every evening, and did a superb job, even doing a couple of things I wasn't charged for. Everything works as it should and I couldn't be happier.

  We came home to discover our water heater failed which obviously created a major headache on a late Saturday afternoon. Not only did we have to cancel our date night with our best neighbor friends our teen daughters couldn’t shower for their more important than anything plans. That’s where Moe and Justin came in. I was referred to Moe’s by our clean up team at Utah Water and Fire. I immediately got a text from Moe who asked for some pictures. He was very upfront with my situation and my existing equipment and gave me a price. Then I met Justin who was able to get to my house in 30-45 mins from when we called. Justin was great and he started working on getting the other heater removed. He communicated everything that needed to happen and was super patient when I asked 1000 questions. They originally thought our heater was available in American Fork and after driving there they were told that the one they had wasn’t going to work and Moe ended up driving to Sandy to get one. Once they had the new heater downstairs Justin worked like crazy to get it installed and get our family hot water. I don’t think it was the easiest job. Our venting and gas line had to be modified. I’m sure it cost more than they had anticipated not only in time but equipment (they couldn’t get the heater they originally quoted) but they kept to their quote. Most companies would look to make excuses, even if they are warranted but they kept their original price. I will be a Moe’s customer from now on and I think you should be too!
