This company was recommended to us by someone who had a great experience with them, unfortunately I can't say the same.
Since the start of the project the communication from our project manager, Brian, was not existent. He would not respond to messages or calls and left us with no clue what was going on with our house or when anything was occurring. We had the crew show up a day early which would normally be good, but we were not prepared for them and both myself and my husband where at work. Even Brian was surprised by this. Its like no one knew what was going on and when.
From day one we had some frustrations and problems. Leading us to have to contact one of the managers to try and get things fixed that were broken or damaged by the crew. We have had to involve a plumber, electrician, and window people all due to their damage.
Overall it was an awful experience that took over a month and a half to kind of resolve.
