  I had an issue where a series of outlets and light fixtures went out. I tried to flip the breaker back on and it wouldn't. So I reached out to Connect, being about the first outfit I came across. They sent an electrician quickly who figured out it was my bathroom fan that was the culprit. He quickly fixed the immediate situation, so the lights went back on. But, I was informed that I'd need a new bathroom fan, and it would cost $600 for some reason -- that reason being they don't make fans like mine anymore and he'd have to get a modern one and do some cutting. So it was done in two hours or so. Obviously, the fan costs money, but that comes in at $300 an hour all told. Also, it wasn't a perfect fit... for the new hole that was cut. So, now I need to hire a handyman to close up the hole in my ceiling. TLDR: the guy was friendly and knowledgeable, but I'd definitely recommend getting competing bids. Maybe get a smaller outfit with less overhead?

  As a woman it was SO REFRESHING to work with a company and technician who were kind, knowledgeable and most importantly did not “mansplain” what needed to be done to fix my faucet. The communication from the minute I scheduled my appointment is hands down one of the best. Caesar came to repair my issues. I received a text with a picture and a bio about him. It made me feel comfortable having a person I don’t know in my house and he was one of the nicest repairmen I’ve ever met. He listened to me and fixed my issue for a very reasonable price. He presented me with 3 options (1 of which I hadn’t even heard of) with absolutely NO pressure and was very kind. I will recommend them to anyone and I rarely if ever write a review for any company.
