- VKVirgil KeateSep 25, 20265.0Did great jab, and he has a lot of knowledge about fireplaces. He does work which fixes problems and can explain the process.
- LAlindsey andersonSep 24, 20265.0Jason L did our tune up and he was amazing! Our thermostat wasn’t working, so he reset it and made sure everything looked perfect! I appreciate how thorough he is!
- JLJessica LarsenSep 24, 20265.0Jason L. did a great job! I will definitely be using Comfort Solutions again in the future!
- DWDoug WilsonSep 17, 20263.0I thought Jason was very knowledgeable about fireplaces. After he condemned our fireplace he did say that he would put me in touch with a salesman and that I could buy a new one. Nice if I had a pocketful of money. I tried to have him give me some low budget ideas but he didn’t have many ideas. We are retired and on a fixed income hoping he could repair what we have.
- PJPeter JohnsonSep 16, 20265.0Jason is our technician and he always does a superior job. His advice is sound and I follow it. We've signed up for the total service, so I'm hoping it will prove to be cost effective and give us the confidence that all equipment will work well when needed.
