They were able to get me on their schedule right away. Tech got here right on time and explained all my options. I never felt pressured to do more then what I was expecting to have done. Just replaced my springs but informed me of what all my options would cost and include. Once I decided what I wanted done he quickly fixed my garage and got me able to use it again. Would definitely use A+ again when needed.

Josh and Michael came out today to install upgraded weather sealing around our garage door after our household’s new driver estimated clearance wrong and destroyed some of the old weather seal. They were courteous and helpful, and I appreciate the excellent communication beforehand to let me know their ETA. They were on time and got the job done quickly but with good craftsmanship. We’ve always had a great experience with A Plus, they installed this door for us 6 years ago and we have always had such a great experience they’re our go-to any time we need service.

We have had our garage door since 2022. The door, the tracks, the springs, the motor, everything has held up well. We had a problem in Sept 2026, user error, and someone came to look at it and had it repaired in less than 2 hours from my phone call. It was a quick fix, and they may not always be able to respond that soon to every call, but I was very impressed. The repair person answered every question, told me how to prevent further user errors, and answered every question in detail.

A plus service and very humble, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled guys. Kasey and Dylan were so easy to work with, gave me all my options, no pressure, recommended what was best for me and within reasonable budget and did so many extra things that I kept asking them and they did it with a huge smile. Best experience ever. I bought my original door from my a different company and now regret not going with A Plus at that time. Highly highly recommended
