  We first used A+ about a decade ago when a spring broke after a bad experience with another company. A+ was great, so when it was time to replace the house's original garage door, they were the first call we made. Jace was great at the first visit and Dylan and Josh did a quick and professional installation. Pleasant experience and good value.

  Tanner was incredible. Super nice guy. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He got out here in less than 24 hours of our call. We were going to go with the cheapest option to replace springs and opener, but he was able to get us a discount for the next step up and boy am I glad we went a step up. The belt door opener is SO QUIET I can't even believe it!!!! He was in an out in less than 3 hours. So grateful to A+ and Tanner. Highly recommend.

  Patrick came and leveled my garage door and made some corrections to fine tune the garage door lift and side motor mount A Plus did for me a few weeks ago. He is an ace and took his job serious to get everything right. I highly recommend Patrick and the folks at A Plus Garage Door Repair.

  David from A+ Garage Doors was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, polite, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire service visit. It was obvious right away that he truly knows his craft and takes pride in the quality of his work. What really impressed me was his willingness to go above and beyond by helping troubleshoot and work on additional technical issues that were outside the original scope of work, simply because he wanted to help me as the customer. That level of customer service is rare these days and very much appreciated. Not only did he do an excellent job on my garage doors, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire experience stress-free. It was genuinely a pleasure getting to know David and having him perform the work at my home. I would highly recommend him and A+ Garage Doors to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and dependable service.

  I fully admit, I should have asked more questions. Our old garage door sounded like something was going to break every time it opened and closed. We had A+ Garage Doors come out to service it, replace bearings, etc. Our motor unit was almost 30 years old, so I wasn't surprised when they recommended replacing it. I was shown two options: replace the motor and all moving parts on the door, or replace everything including the door. We decided to keep the original door. I was shocked to later find out that the motor that they sold us and installed was essentially the most expensive high-end motor LiftMaster makes right now (the 6690L). If I had been told all the features, bells, and whistles the new motor would have had, I would have declined in favor of a more basic option, even if that meant waiting a few days. Most of the features we won't even use. PROS: The door is now super quite. The technician was courteous and quick. Based on what we received, the price seems to have been fair. We had a technician out two years ago to replace our springs, no complaints there. CONS: We were sold a motor that was way more than what we needed; I was expecting something that was more equivalent to what we had before. We were not even presented with other options for motors. Because the technology is so new, our vehicle's built-in remote doesn't work with the new motor. The product itself is so new (it came out a few months ago, late 2025), that there isn't a lot of online forum help to figure out the bugs and issues yet. I am not an early adopter of new tech. I like to get things after the kinks have been ironed out. I certainly would not have chosen this product for myself if I knew what I was getting into. Like I said, this problem could have been avoided if I had asked more questions. It is just sad that I should have pried into the details instead of trusting the tech's decision.
