  Had the opportunity to work with Tiffiny Schindler and the Woodside team just recently. They were incredible to work with! Prompt with responding, answered any questions my clients or I had, and truly made the experience great. The home is beautiful, and it shows that they care about the product that they are delivering. Thank you!

  We are in the process of building our home in the Stonecreek community in American Fork. Overall we like the staff and have had a good experience so far. We were quite surprised with pricing on upgrades in design. They have huge mark ups on flooring, bathroom tile, and countertops for example, and of coarse they do not show you pricing until you have signed a contract. You can save thousands if you keep the standard options and upgrade yourself or with a contractor. The next house we build will be a complete custom home as well. That is no fault of Woodside though, we just didn't love all of our options for upgrades both structurally and in design. As with any builder, be sure you understand the purchase agreement. Aside from that, the rest of this process has been fun and exciting. We were given an estimated completion date of mid-August at first but they have moved us to end of July. It is never a bad thing when builders are ahead of schedule, especially with all the materials shortages!

  We are building our first home with woodside and they have been great. They are very detailed and communicative throughout the process, plus they have moved faster than expected on our home! We’ve had a great experience with them so far.

  Woodside was fantastic to work with. Along with a large variety of floorplans to choose from, they kept us updated on every step of the homebuilding process. Meeting with our designer was a pleasure, and the timeframe thus far for completion of our home is on schedule. They are always available for questions and have made the process for a couple of first-time home builders as easy as possible.

  We love our home that Woodside built for us and have only positive things to say about them! We have referred them to all our friends! They have been great from the beginning. We got to work with Sheila and Shauna! Both are great! Woodside worked with us through covid-19 issues we had. Once we got into the house we had small things to repair and Jan got right on them and fixed them for us. We couldn't be happier with our new home!
