  Nice home but have had an issue since last November and no one cares to help! Their installer ILG put a floor in my bathroom that should not be used in a room with any humidity. I validated this with the manufacturer. The finish is peeling up all over the floor. I have tried since November to get help as in the end it is the builder of the home that should help facilitate and they have stopped answering. Not my fault this floor was installed when it shouldn’t have been and now it’s my issue and I have to get a lawyer involved. They could have just helped in this small room and had it done months ago. I have been very kind and very patient but in the end they just don’t care.

  Had the opportunity to work with Tiffiny Schindler and the Woodside team just recently. They were incredible to work with! Prompt with responding, answered any questions my clients or I had, and truly made the experience great. The home is beautiful, and it shows that they care about the product that they are delivering. Thank you!

  After looking at many existing homes and a handful of home builders in Davis County, my wife and I decided to build with Woodside. Woodside has been great to work with and Sheila at the Syracuse location has made the home building process a wonderful experience.

  So far I’ve been very happy with my Woodside home. Only complaint is I had asked for an added closest at the beginning of the process. Some how it got forgotten, mistakes happen. But when I noticed I tried to get it fixed. The sales rep tried to get it fixed but said the higher ups would not correct it because it had already been submitted (the house had not even been started at this point). The sales rep did fight to at least put shelves in which I very much appreciate, but still there is no door. And the way it is built, it’s not as easy fix to add a door.
