    There should be a "zero star button." These guys contacted me and said they could come deliver my swim spa within the hour and I told them I would not be home, but someone would. They came and dropped a huge swim spa completely the wrong direction (180 degrees off ) from the electrical wiring, which was obviously near the house. They refused to come back and fix THEIR MISTAKE, and blamed it on the person who was nice enough to meet their scheduling needs and sign off on the delivery. I would never hire them because of a total disregard for the layout of the tub, no apology to me as the home owner, and wanting to charge me $800 to fix THEIR MISTAKE. What a joke. Backwards. Real nice.

    Wow. Three guys came at 9:30 sharp on the agreed-upon day and were done in twenty minutes. My spa was the second one on the trailer. The guys were super friendly and courteous. There's a number of companies doing this work, and their prices all seem competitive, but these guys were top notch. Don't bother looking elsewhere, and Lordy don't try doing this work with your friends!

    Utah HOT TUB Movers is an excellent company!! Extremely responsive to questions and very fast and efficient!! Mike was able to schedule me on an already booked day and his team arrived in the estimated timframe. The moving team was polite and took the time to position the hot tub exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely recommend this great company!!

    They moved my hot tub and trashed the cover and side panels. It was a hard moved so I offered to pay for new side panels if they would pay for a new cover. They said that sounded great. After giving them the measurements they would not respond to me. I have tried three times and still no response.
